Exceptional Place Dauphine, next Notre Dame, AC

Vous pouvez admirer à travers les 6 fenêtres la mythique Place Dauphine, relaxer dans le séjour, éclairé par des lustres Baccarat, cuisiner comme un chef sur la cuisinière la Cornue et diner dans la salle à manger stylée, le tout dans l'hyper centre et climatisé Le Duplex Petit Palais se trouve au coeur de Paris sur l'Ile de la Cité et 6 fenêtres donnent directement sur la mythique Place avec ses restaurants, joueurs de pétanque et flâneurs. Le duplex occupe le 3 et 4ème étage d'un très bel immeuble historique bâti en 1607 sur la demande du roi Henri IV. Le vaste salon dispose d'une cheminée d'époque, une salle à manger et à cet étage vous avez vestiaire, toilettes et local de lavage avec lave linge et sèche linge, ainsi qu'une belle cuisine de chef. A l'étage vous avec deux chambres, une avec un "king size bed" et l'autre avec deux lits séparés pouvant être reconvertis en lit "king size". Chaque chambre dispose de sa salle des bains. La "master bedroom" a des wc indépendants, une grande salle des bains avec baignoire et open space douche, un grand lavabo en marbre de Carrare et un meuble de rangement en miroir Villeroy et Boch. L'autre chambre possède une belle salle des bains avec wc, espace douche high tech et lavabo avec meubles de rangement de Villeroy et Boch. La totalité de l'appartement possède la climatisation. L'appartement est équipé de radiateurs haut de gamme Varella qui sont à la fois très esthétiques et performants. Vous disposez de l'appartement en totalité et nous vous accueillons sur place pour vous familiariser avec les installations. Loft en plein coeur de Paris

This 67 m2 loft has been fully renovated by a French architect. The high ceilings with wooden beams and the waxed concrete floor make it unique. It is located in Montorgueil – Marais (hyper center of Paris) in a very safe pedestrian area. The location is ideal; everything is very close and easy to access on foot and the best served metro station in Paris (Chatelet-les-Halles) is 5 minutes away. It is located on the 1st floor (no elevator) on the courtyard side, very quiet and cool in summer.

Unique Apt in the Marais/Beaubourg

The perfect place to discover Paris. Our spacious 70 m2 are situated next to the famous Centre Pompidou in the city center of Paris. You can easily discover the whole town on foot, lots of sites are near-by. We are located on the first floor (no lift, but only one flight of stairs) in a pedestrian area without traffic. Sleeping is very calm. The neighborhood though is lively with lots of cafés and restaurants around. It will be a pleasure for us to provide recommendations for a happy stay!

Had such a great stay at Laurent’s! The location was incredible and the studio was just what we needed for our few days in Paris. It was such a quick walk to the Louvre and minutes away from several Metro stations with connections to everywhere in Paris (including the RER B CDG station). The instructions that were given to us for check in were very detailed and helpful. Would definitely stay again and recommend this studio to others.

The Montorgueil Suite Deluxe 2 Br 2 Bth Paris

This home was absolutely phenomenal and I would love to return. We have a young child and it was amazing to enjoy drinks on the terrace (or living area with the french doors open) and experience the night life while she slept. It felt like it was the center of so many excellent experiences - shopping, dining, landmarks, etc. It felt like an absolute treat. The home was very spacious and nicely decorated. The kitchen had everything we needed and we even cooked a couple meals at home. There was a full sized fridge and separate washer/dryer units. For knowledge, we felt the primary bedroom was the front bedroom with a separated bathroom and the secondary bedroom was the back bedroom with the ensuite bathroom, but it was all very comfortable and we had no complaints. A fun surprise/luxury was being able to control every light the bedrooms from either side of the bed. Can't say enough good things about this home.

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment! The location is truly exceptional—right on the Seine with stunning views of the Pont Louis-Philippe. The neighborhood is filled with charming sidewalk cafés and shops just steps away, yet it remains quieter and more peaceful than nearby Île de la Cité. The apartment was spacious (especially for this area), spotless, well furnished and supplied, with great tall windows for natural light. Even the sofa bed was comfortable (and the fact that the room has a door made it function well as a private third bedroom). Our host was warm, responsive, and extremely helpful from start to finish. We would absolutely stay here again—it's a luxurious and memorable spot in the heart of Paris.

The rental company sent a team to meet us and to let us in. Once inside they went over everything and made sure we were okay with the apartment. The apartment is roomy, well decorated, pristine and very livable. The location is near everything you would need: grocery stores, a pharmacy, shopping and restaurants. You are within walking distance to the Notre Dame, The Parthenon, St Chappell, etc. we loved the apartment and how comfortable it all is. The instructions were written out for all the appliances, so there was no guessing. It was an apartment that one could easily see living in. It was that comfortable.

This booking was exactly as described, very clean and spacious with wonderful facilities. It is perfectly situated with views of Notre Dame across the river and an easy walk to the Louvre and many good restaurants and cafes. Esther and Charles are very gracious hosts with lots of little personal touches left for us such as fresh fruit and wine. Would definitely book again if we return to Paris as it’s easily the best Airbnb we have stayed in.

This one bedroom apartment was in a perfect Latin Quarter location. A super location to start our 10 days in Paris. The apartment was on the third floor (USA) with easy access, elevator and air conditioning. The floor to ceiling windows were great for opening up the apartment with wonderful light and fresh air. We had breakfast on the balcony each morning. Michael and team were very responses and we appreciated them taking care of our transportation from and to airport. Perfect apartment for a long or short stay for a couple or family with young children. We enjoyed the bustling neighborhood with many restaurants, bakeries, wine, cheese and grocery stores.
