Vous êtes placés à 250 m du port et donc de toutes ses avantages. Une superette "Intermarché" se trouve à 250 m, à 5mn. La plage St Aubin se trouve à 250 m, et celle de Ker Chalon 250 m plus loin. Les loueurs de vélo sont à 150m. Sur le port, vous pouvez aussi prendre les petits bus qui sillonnent l'île tous les jours. Le loueur de voiture se trouve à 200m.
