Our 200 m2 house is located in the middle of nature near a bike path leading directly to the wild coast and the beaches of Sabias and Belle Maison (5'). Port Joinville is 9 minutes away by bike. Upstairs, accessible by a slightly steep staircase, a bathroom (shower and sink), 3 bedrooms: two communicating bedrooms, one of 9 m² with a 140 cm bed and the other of 7.50 m² with 2 90 cm drawer beds and a third of 11 m² equipped with a 160 cm bed with shower and sink. Outside, a 30 m² private terrace facing west with garden furniture and brazier.

The charming village of Saint-Sauveur, with its shops and summer market, is just a short walk away. Eight adult bicycles and two junior bicycles are available for guests.

Seulement 5 min à vélo de port Joinville et à peine 100m de la plage, au bout d'un petit chemin et au coeur d'une zone naturelle protégée, l'endroit est vraiment paisible et tourné vers la nature.

Une jolie maison à proximité immédiate du charmant village de St Sauveur, ses commerces et son animation estivale, mais néanmoins au calme. Une maison totalement rénovée à l'intérieur, dans un esprit très vacances. Petite mais cosy et agréable. Avec un grand jardin, des vues dégagées et beaucoup de lumière. Et à 1 km de la plus proche plage (mais les autres ne sont vraiment pas loin).

This beautiful family house is located on a small road, it has 5 bedrooms and two bathrooms. A large garden, spacious terrace and outdoor shower. It is very close to the farm of Émilie, the walking paths and the wild coast. The nearest beaches are 5 minutes by bike (Les Sabias, Belle Maison...) and the port and shops are 10 minutes away. Quiet and friendly!
