The house has an exclusive pool, with lighting, hydro, heating (optional, separate), integrated sauna, all next to the Deck, overlooking the sea, next to the barbecue, forming an excellent leisure area, with a table to serve everyone and 4 sun loungers. At the pier, there is an excellent place to dive and see turtles, countless fish and stingrays.

A casa possui uma vista deslumbrante, porem fica localizada no alto de um morro na região do centro histórico de Ilhabela, na Vila, que possibilita ter uma visão para centro, yatch Club de Ilhabela e o canal de São Sebastião. A subida é bem íngreme para chegar até a casa. Entretanto fica aproximadamente 5 minutos de carro do centro histórico, restaurante, mercado, farmácia, banco e praia da vila e saco da capela.
