My place is near Beaches, Diving Spot, Tennis Court, Soccer, Pier Fishing, etc.... Capacity for 12 Guests. The house has an exclusive pool, with lighting, hydro, heating (optional, separate), integrated sauna, all next to the Deck, overlooking the sea, next to the barbecue, forming an excellent leisure area, with a table to serve everyone and 4 sun loungers. At the pier, there is an excellent place to dive and see turtles, countless fish and stingrays.

It features a private barbecue, whirlpool, full bathroom, bedroom with king-size bed and a sofa bed that sleeps up to two people. Located in the São Francisco neighborhood, in São Sebastião, close to the beautiful beaches of the northern coast of São Paulo, with a stunning view of the sea, the Serra and Ilhabela.
