Charming, high standard on the beach!!!

The house is high standard, with extremely comfortable facilities, 3 en-suites and 1 bedroom, all with air-conditioning, space for children's activities, barbecue area, full kitchen (it has a pizza oven) and an integrated dining room for up to 10 people with large windows and a view of the beautiful 2000m2 garden. We are in the south of Ilhabela, a 20-minute drive from the ferry, 5 minutes from the beaches of Veloso and Curral and 500 meters from the charming Praia das Conchas. We are a condominium of only three independent and unassailable houses surrounded by lots of vegetation and a wonderful ocean view. Come and enjoy the leisure area with a swimming pool and garden, private barbecues and lots of peace and quiet. Your pet is welcome and will have a private, fenced garden.

Spacious, single-story house with 1,700 m² of land facing the sea. Swimming pool with depth for all children and adults, beautiful garden with coconut trees and trees by the beach and a poolside barbecue area. Boat trips with quick access to Ilhabela and beaches near São Sebastião (to be arranged).

It accommodates 4 people in the 2 bedrooms, with 2 more on the sofa bed in the living room. It is very well planned to provide sea views from the entire house. We have contracted high-speed internet to enable a 'home office.'
