Das Häuschen wurde vor 2 Jahren komplett neu renoviert und befindet sich im idyllischen Schnürpflingen. Sehr privat mit separatem Eingang. Eine kleine Terrasse befindet sich hinter dem Häuschen. Es ist ein kleiner Badesee in der Nähe und große Wälder mit vielen Wald-und Wanderwegen. Ein Bäcker und ein Getränkemarkt ist in der Nähe und gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Der nächste Supermarkt ist 3km entfernt.

Ein freundlicher, offener Wohn- und Schlafbereich mit Küchenzeile, Esstisch sowie separatem Schreibtisch, lädt zum Wohlfühlen ein. Das Bad ist mit Dusche, Waschbecken und WC ausgestattet. In der modernen Küche findet man alles Notwendige: Senseo-Kaffeeautomat, Wasserkocher, Cerankochfeld, Backofen, Mikrowelle, Kühlschrank, Töpfe, Geschirr usw. Sollte etwas fehlen, darf man sich gerne melden .
