Holiday rentals with a hot tub in Illinois River

Me and my husband had an amazing experience at Kathryn’s place, it was a perfect getaway from the work and city hustle . Check-in was super easy, place super clean and cozy, perfect for a short-term getaway. Super convenient location and great atmosphere overall! This was the perfect house for our family of four on our trip to Monmouth. The house was incredibly clean and very comfortable. We also really enjoyed learning all of the history of the home and Wyatt Earp. The Nespresso machine was a nice touch and greatly appreciated! We plan to stay here again next time we come to Monmouth to visit family.

I desperately needed some peace and quiet during a work trip to Nokomis last week, and this farmhouse delivered 100%. I sat on the porch for hours after my workday and just watched the breeze move the trees around. In that time, not a single car went by on the narrow country road. The HVAC kept the inside cool and dry. Be aware that this is a true "get away from the world" location in that you will probably not have a cell signal. The house's wifi was more than adequate for the internet uploads and downloads I needed for my work, and my phone easily made wifi calls while I was there. If my work takes me back to Nokomis next year, I'll definitely try to book this farmhouse again.

We had a great stay at the White Lotus. We loved being able to walk everywhere downtown and the view from the hot tub was beautiful. Everything was clean and tidy. It was a great stay, we would love to come back and are recommending the White Lotus to our friends.

Amazing place, stunning views, and incredible amenities. We’d give it 6 stars if we could. The early morning hot tub over looking the lake was so peaceful and relaxing. From billiards, to fishing, driving golf balls into the lake, and games galore, this place is fun for the whole family! The friendly and knowledgeable host provides a river themed stay and adventure that we will never forget.

This place has everything I was looking for. Tyler and his family met us at check in and were very friendly. My parents drove in from Arizona with their trailer and Tyler was nice enough to let them park it on the property for the duration of the stay. Even with the trailer, there was still a ton of land for their two large dogs and our little dog to run around and enjoy themselves. The hot tub and fire pit area were great and they even left a huge bundle of wood for us to use.The house was immaculate and decorated nicely. The house has a lot of history that you can read about in one section of the house. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals and plenty of dishes, glasses, coffee mugs and silverware. The dishwasher made clean up easy. The dining room had a large table where we enjoyed all our family meals. There is a washer and dryer that we used while there that was very convenient. In all The whole house/land was very clean, private and spacious. Highly recommended.

Great spot to go with friends and family. They have a water park, arcade, mini golf, and an ice cream place. We had a fun time at this resort and would definitely do it again!

This was a wonderful place to stay while my sister and I were hiking in the area. It was close to the state parks and was a quiet and peaceful place. The decor was perfect for the cabin-type feel of the home and having two bedrooms and two bathrooms was great. The additional vanity area in the master bedroom with a sink was a wonderful bonus! We also enjoyed the jacuzzi after hiking for several hours each day, and the beds were very comfortable. I highly recommend staying here!

Had a great stay here. Yan was very nice and accommodating and helped out with whatever she can. I was initially hesitant to stay in a room myself as a female, but Yan made me feel very safe and even gave me a private key to use to lock up my room and belongings when I left for the day. I would come back and stay here again if I was in Champaign.

This is our 2nd time staying at Michael’s place, and both times he was very responsive and helpful when we needed it. The place provided the nice peaceful stay near Starved Rock we were looking for. We will definitely be back.

The villa was exactly as advertised. Clean, spacious and very welcoming.

I had my bachelor party here and it was a perfect location for 13 guests! The house was very spacious and had tons of places to hang out and activities to do. The back yard was also absolutely beautiful. The host was very friendly and communicative. I would totally stay here again!

Highly recommend! We had a great stay and enjoyed our time there! It felt private, but it was also close to various activities and many restaurants.

The place looked even better in person than it did in the pictures. Parking was limited, but the inside was very spacious and very clean. Jill is great to work with and very nice! I let Jill know that we would be getting ready for my wedding there and she left a bottle of champagne with a sweet note. Overall a fantastic place to stay!

The cabin was absolutely beautiful, such a fun place to reconnect with friends and family for the weekend! Kristin was so hospitable and thoughtful. Every need was anticipated, from extra blankets and towels to a basket of treats when we walked in. Above all, Kristin was incredibly responsive and helpful during our stay and was always available for any questions we had. Such a kind and thoughtful host. We will definitely be back!

what a wonderful hidden gem. We absolutely loved this home. The house is exactly as advertised. It was so cool to learn all the history of the home and see the pictures as well. We were in town for a concert so we did not get to enjoy all the extra amenities this place has to offer. We are already talking about booking a second trip back just to be able to fully experience all the property has to offer. Brandi was super responsive and accommodating. A Novel Stay was a great location for us. We went to fish at a tournament so needed a place close to the Lake. The home was extremely clean and had lots of extras. There was plenty of space to park and charge our boats. The Blackstone grill was great so we could cook for a crowd easily. The oversized games were a hit for the teenage boys with us and the coffee bar was a hit in the morning for the adults. I would definitely book this place again.

This home is beautiful! It was perfect for our group get together. We enjoyed playing on the water and relaxing in the house. There were lots of things to do outside (the lake, hot tub, fire pit, grill) and plenty to do inside (pool, darts, video games, board games, theater room,the walking pads (like treadmills). Lots of great seating throughout the house for lounging and visiting. Plenty of dining space both inside and out-we especially enjoyed eating on the back porch. Well equipped kitchen too! The view was incredible and we had a both fun and relaxing weekend rolled into one. Don’t hesitate to book! We can’t wait to return 😊 Oh! And the owner was great communicating-at booking, check in, and making sure we had all we need. Thanks again Corey
