Close to multiple restaurants, shopping and other entertainment options. The home has a well stocked kitchen with a charming dining room. There is also a large back deck with furniture and a grill. Plenty of on-premise parking with room for up to four trailers and vehicles. This is a second story home so there are stairs to access the property.

We provide 3 adult kayaks, one double and one child (under 150 pounds), and a pedal boat. Great outdoor fire-pit for s’mores and memories.

The apartment is centrally located and allows easy access to everything Springfield has to offer. Two large bedrooms with queen beds and a large living room. The kitchen is fully stocked with all the essentials. We can easily accommodate six guests with a queen-sized air mattress. We also have a pack-n-play available for little guests. My goal was to create a space that has a great location but heightens every one of your creative senses. In this one think "New York Boho high rise on the water". I have used local artists for a creative cozy retreat. We sleep 4 comfortably with 1 King bed upper and a queen bed lower.. 2 full bathrooms.Hot tub on the water, fire pit, grill, kayaks, paddle boat..all you need for a great getaway. Access to the water. 5 min. from great restaurants and shopping in Peoria Heights. 1 dog only.

The Depot B & B: A Peaceful Retreat

Just minutes from campus, downtown, and the airport, The Depot is a historic home attached to 5 wooded acres, a lake, and a "big sky" view across the prairie for watching sunsets and night skies. Originally a train depot constructed in 1857, it has been fully modernized for contemporary living. However, we have taken great effort to preserve its rustic charms that Abraham Lincoln would have known during his circuit riding days before the Civil War. These include graffiti from 1917.

Our home can accommodate a group of 6 with 2 bedrooms on the second level and a separate loft space over the garage . Note: All bedrooms are on second level so guests will need to be able to negotiate stairs
