Built in the year 1900, this building was the very first bank in Hanna City! Today the main part of the building is my photography studio. Located in the rear of my photography studio is the unique and fun apartment with it's own private entrance. This unique space features exposed brick walls, original prints from some of our travels, and a custom built ladder leading up to the sleeping area and living space! ***PLEASE NOTE, YOU MUST BE ABLE TO SAFELY CLIMB A LADDER IN ORDER TO STAY HERE**

Brick walls and 150-year-old wood floors form the backdrop for a sleek modern kitchen and open living area.

The original tile floors at the entryway to the building and the exposed brick walls within the unit mesh well with the exposed ductwork, fully-appointed kitchen, trendy "barn door sliders" and modern fixtures and flooring. The Courthouse Loft resides in the historic courthouse used in the mid 1900s on the second floor of The City House. The original railing and gate of courtroom divides the 825 soft studio style layout. Loft has a separated bath and laundry and a patio with hot tub! Mid century and historic style will wrap you in comfort and luxury during your stay. We are above a coffee shop, so pop downstairs for breakfast and your morning brew! Oh, and never a cleaning fee!
