Holiday rentals with a patio in Ilm-Kreis

Constantin welcomed us very nicely. Very uncomplicated and fast communication. Beautiful apartment and larger than expected. Great location. Had great days. Everything was great. A big thank you to Constantin.

Perfect place to stay for the Bach Festival. Super clean, spacious, and very close to the centre. We even found a free parking space right in front of the flat. But that was lucky, I guess.

We have already been to the accommodation for the 2nd time. The weekend was very hot, the apartment cool! Mega plus point. Everything was great, as it was the first time. We are always happy to come back :)

The only thing that bothered me a little was that I didn't get an answer after I wanted to change the booking. A "Unfortunately, that's not possible" is also a permissible answer. The stay was absolutely OK.

The accommodation was clean, in a beautiful residential area, big enough for 3 people, all modern furniture you need, free parking in front of the house and a tram stop nearby to get to downtown Erfurt. The hosts were very friendly and we would love to recommend the place at any time.

We had a great week in the Fichtelgebirge. The area is super nice for hiking and excursions as a family. The place was perfect. Beautifully furnished & superbly located (all excursion destinations can be reached in 15 min). In addition, Felix was a great host. Even though I'm always available, even on vacation. And his tips in advance were also great. Overall, therefore, a clear recommendation;-)

Very nice stay, everything as described, spacious apartment, very close to the center, very clean and nicely furnished, even a small library (also children's books), communication very professional, everything exactly as in the pictures and described. Our stay at Chalet Birkenzauber was magical 🫶 The entire accommodation for us was super cozy, well equipped (unlimited 5G Wi-Fi, 4kSmartTv, coffee maker with all kinds of pad hangers etc...) and offers a magnificent view and because we were there over New Year's Eve we had a fantastic fireworks spectacle! The area had many highlights to offer. The museums, picturesque hiking trails and the snow park towards Oberhof with its versatile winter activities such as skiing, biathlon shooting and a fantastic view. Everything necessary like supermarkets with bakery was right nearby We didn't miss anything. Absolutely recommended for anyone looking for recreation and or experiences. Thank you Mandy again for this wonderful break we were able to experience and the little touches that made it even more special! ❤️

We were greeted very warmly and kindly by Silke. She showed us the very tastefully furnished rooms, was very eager to make the stay by naming excursion destinations, places... pleasant. Her husband took us on an insider city tour of Weimar, Silke brought us fresh eggs in the morning, put delicious homemade jam on the table, offered us fresh herbs and salad from her garden. We felt very comfortable and "safe". Silke and her husband are two valuable people. Thank you for the beautiful and relaxing stay

We had a wonderful stay in Bettina’s house. It had everything we needed for a comfortable stay and was incredibly peaceful. We really enjoyed sitting in the garden for breakfast and dinner admiring the beautiful view. Bettina was very friendly and helpful and gave us suggestions for day trips using the local tourist card. We rather carelessly left a personal possession behind and Bettina very kindly sent it back to us. We would really recommend to anyone visiting the area to stay here!

5 ★ Stay – Perfect Anniversary Retreat We chose Cristina’s place to celebrate our wedding anniversary, and it couldn’t have been more perfect! From the moment we arrived, we felt an abundance of good vibes and positive energy throughout the house. The location is wonderfully quiet, surrounded by nature, with plenty of lovely walking paths. The house itself was cozy, spotlessly clean, and felt like a warm hug. It was the ideal serene getaway we were hoping for. With so many interesting places just a 30‑minute drive away, we were able to soak in the region’s charm—Veste Coburg, the impressive fortress known as the "Franconian Crown," is a must-see. Cristina was truly a perfect host: proactive, always available, and a pleasure to communicate with. Her thoughtful touches and responsiveness made our stay effortless and enjoyable. We highly recommend this lovely retreat to anyone seeking peace, charm, and access to the gems of Franconia. We’re already hoping to stay here again.

Super nice house in a great location (on the edge of the forest and the village)! Terrace with barbecue facilities available. We were very satisfied with the house, the furnishings and everything and spent an extended weekend there with the family (6 adults). The only point to note for future guests: The house is advertised for 5-6 people, but there are only 5 beds + 1 cot. We then converted the sofa, bedding is just like towels sufficiently available! Thanks for the wonderful time in your house!

We were 6 friends who spent a weekend in Bamberg. The living/dining room was the perfect size. 3 single bedrooms that were spacious and nicely decorated. Super recommended!
