Apartment Ana

Dear Guests, apartment Ana is located between the city center (city square is 5 min away by foot) and beach Zagazine (5 min by foot) in a really quiet one-way street. If you like peace and quiet, but at the same time you want to be close to the bars, supermarkets, the city center and beaches, then this location is perfect for you :) You will also have your own private parking place in front of the building so you don't have to be stressed about finding a free spot.

Calm and quite villa with lot of green in big yard and the beach of private characteristics. Only three apartments in this Villa guarantee a pleasant stay without the crowds. The apartments are spacious, with large terraces overlooking the sea and are fully equipped with all furniture, appliances and air conditioning. The beach is accessed by several steps from the yard. It has a sandy part suitable for small children, shade but a concrete pier and access by boat.

We wish you a warm welcome and a pleasant stay in our house Anna. This is an old captain's house, located in a quiet part of the town, surrounded by a walled garden packed with plants, only 100m from the sea, 450m from town centre and 600m from the nearest beach. The house has a secured parking lot not more than 250m away. You’ll love my place because of the ambiance and the quiet neighborhood. My place is great for couples, friends and families (with kids).

Valdarke Apartment

The apartment is located on the first floor and has a terrace overlooking the sea. It is equipped with a double bed and has a sofa bed. You have free parking next to the house, and a barbecue with a covered table that you share with other guests. There are several beaches nearby, from those for children to rocky beaches equipped with ladders to the sea. There's also a dog beach nearby. The distance of the beaches is 2 - 10 minutes walk.

Residence Jakov has apartments literally situated on the beach. They offer quality accommodation; you do not have to get out of the yard to access to the beach and it is really great accomodation and an exclusive position in St.Novalja. This appartment has beautiful view and below is the beach. Now we offer off season prices for September and even more lower for October (those months are very pleasant and peaceful to be in Stara Novalja)

Captain's Garden House-free parking

This charming garden house is a guesthouse to captain's house built in 1851. It is in the centre of Mali Losinj, just 5 minutes from the old port and near many restaurants and activities and a 15 minute walk to the nearest beach. You’ll love my place because of the Mediterranean style, hidden garden and peaceful and convenient location. My place is good for couples, friends, families with kids.

Apartment 2 is located on the 1st floor of a family house in the part Zagazinjine of the town of Mali Lošinj, the apartment is a 3 minute walk to the beach Bojčić and bay Sveti Martin ( other beaches is a 5 to 10 minute car ride), nearby there is a market, cafe bar, restaurants, children's playground and bicycle rental. To the city center and the Apoksionem museum takes 10 minutes walk.

I'm Cvita, and I'd love to host you. I enjoy the little things that life means: drinking coffee, hanging out with friends, hiking, cooking… I want you to feel at home with us. There is nothing nicer than grilling fish that is near the garden from which you can help yourself to a variety of spices. As we have a small dog, we are happy to welcome guests with a pet.
