I really liked the relaxed and sparkling atmosphere I felt in the Gold Coast, Australia, when I was 20. The sunshine, the breeze, the sunset, and that feeling that makes you feel good even when you're just sitting still. So, while preparing this accommodation, I wanted to create a space that reflects the aesthetics I have always loved. I wanted to create a terrace accommodation like the Gold Coast in South Korea. The terrace is by far my favorite space here. It's nice to have a cup of coffee in the morning while enjoying the sunlight, It's a great place to end the day quietly in the evening, watching the night view of the opposition party and the ruling party. There is a different kind of leisure than in an accommodation where you only stay indoors, Even if you stay for a short time, you'll feel like you're on a trip. 🎤 For those who have an exhibition or performance scheduled at KINTEX, 🌆 For those who want to enjoy the night view ☕ It's also recommended for those who want to relax on a quiet terrace. The accommodation is a 5-minute walk from Wondang Station, and all the places you want to explore are right near the accommodation. Olive Young, Daiso, Wondang Market, and convenience stores are also within a 5-minute walk. You can use it as a quiet office space just for yourself, as a place to live for a month, or as a business trip accommodation near the Won-dang area. Parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis in the main building, but if there is no space, you can park in the public parking lot in front of the main building.
