Beautiful trade fair/fitter apartment near Hanover

Our place is centrally located near the trade fair city of Hanover, Braunschweig and Hildesheim. The connection to Hanover and Braunschweig is via the A 2 and the B 65, or by train to Lehrte/Hämelerwald. The apartment with private bathroom, combined kitchen and living room and a separate bedroom is very suitable for long-term guests and self-catering. This is ensured by a fully equipped kitchen and a washing machine. High-speed Internet is of course also provided.

In our modern, tastefully furnished apartment, you can make yourself comfortable on around 45 square meters. The place is ideal for two, but can accommodate up to four guests with a sofa bed. The house was built with ecological materials (wood fiber insulation, clay plaster) and lovingly furnished with solid wood furniture. It has a double bed 160 x 200, a couch, a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom with shower and dry separation toilet. The house is easily accessible by train. Hämelerwald train station is only a 15-minute walk away.

Ideal for fitters, trade fairs or vacation - 4 people or 4 couples, because 3 bedrooms with double beds and the living room with the big couch (for 2 people) can be used as a bedroom. The open kitchen with anteroom and dining area is so large that you can sit together when the living room is used as a bedroom. A mobile guest bed can be used as an extra bed. Some guests have put this in the large housekeeping room to sleep alone.

Peine - nice apartment/trade fair room in Vöhrum

I rent out a very cozy apartment, approx. 40 square meters in the attic of my single-family house, about 150 meters from the train station in Vöhrum. By train, you are in Hanover main station in 25 minutes or in Braunschweig in 23 minutes. The A2 is about 7 km by car. The apartment has a small kitchen, a bathroom with shower and skylight, as well as a cozy living/bedroom with a 140 cm wide bed and a 140 cm wide sofa bed.

The apartment is approx. 43 m². There are 2 rooms, one large (living room) and one slightly smaller (bedroom), both connect a long hallway from which the bathroom and kitchen also go. There is also a balcony facing the street from the living room. All rooms are very bright due to the many windows in daylight. Except for the bathroom and kitchen (tiles), there is easy-maintained laminate flooring in all rooms.

The apartment is located in the village of Groß Lafferde, centrally located on highways 1 and 444. Braunschweig, Salzgitter and Hildesheim are about 20 km away, Hanover 45 km. There are butchers (butchers) and bakeries, doctor's and dentist's office in the village as well as a supermarket about 2 km away.
