Direkt am Wald gelegen kann man von der Wohnung aus auf zahlreichen Routen in den Harz wandern oder mit dem Mountainbike starten. Die Autobahn (A36) macht den Ort zum perfekten Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge in das gesamte Harzgebiet, sowie in das nördliche Harzvorland. Die Wohnung bietet mit ca. 60m² Platz für bis zu 4 Personen.

Die Wohnung befindet sich im Erdgeschoss unseres im Frühjahr 2020 fertiggestellten Ferienhauses. Das Haus liegt am Ortsrand von Bad Harzburg/ Ortsteil Westerode umgeben von Feldern und Wiesen mit Blick auf die wunderschönen Harzberge. Die Verkehrsanbindung ist sehr gut, so dass man schnell mit dem Auto oder Bus- und Zugverkehr von Bad Harzburg die nahegelegenen Städte wie Goslar, Wernigerode, Quedlinburg oder Braunschweig erreichen kann. Auch Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind im Ort vorhanden.

Meine Unterkunft befindet sich in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße, Parkmöglichkeiten befinden sich direkt vorm Haus. Das "Schüppchen" liegt versteckt hinter meinem Wohnhaus und ist über eine bequeme Außentreppe erreichbar.
