The apartment is very nice, corresponding with the photos. Everything is very well kept and clean. The hostess (Patrícia) was always available for questions and send information. The condominium has a good structure and is ideal for families with children. As for Itacimirim, excellent place to rest, having a range of services and attractions nearby. Most of the condominiums are located in a beach area not suitable for bathing (very agitated sea). But a 15-minute walk or 5 minutes by car, already allows access to beaches with the calmer sea.

The location and the house is wonderful. All the condominium staff were very helpful and attentive. Ana let us come in early and leave later, which was almost an extra day for us to enjoy. Thank you, very, very grateful. Wonderful experience

Excellent stay, everything extremely clean and organized, easy access to the beach and the village. The host was extremely kind, helpful and courteous, very careful with our baby, leaving a crib and bathtub. We really felt at home, and the feeling we had was that we wanted to come back and stay again!!

A place with wonderful energy, I couldn't have chosen a better place to spend my birthday. The place itself, even with rainy weather (for two of the three days we stayed), made it possible to make good use of its spaces as a whole. Anyway, it's a place you go and know you'll come back, because it really recharges your batteries and for me it brought me an extra special air. Still a beautiful moon to close the last night. Unica provisa that I have it is with such committee of the condominiums that settles in the area near the barbecue and lives in a panel apart. They are the owners of the space and even the amount of ice to be removed in the machine is controlled. Besides that, I only have to thank Leandro for the excellent receptivity!

Residence compatible with the price paid, has what is necessary for a comfortable stay. Excellent condominium structure. The only negative point is the issue of not having a parking space for visitors, a house that receives up to 8 people sometimes comes in more than 2 cars, and there is no space nearby to park another car.

The location is perfect, close to the pool, the beach, close to restaurants and bars, you don't need a car for anything. The accommodation has everything, complete as described. We loved it and will always come back!

The apartment was clean, organized and exactly as described. The convenience of being a few steps from the sea makes it much easier for those with children. It comfortably accommodates 8 people, one detail - the extra mattress needs to be a little better, it was very thin. It met our expectations as a place to rest. The beach in front is beautiful, without much movement. Good, clean pool with a shallower part for young children. A tip, hire Cris to cook and organize the apartment, as we stayed 6 days, having her helping us made it a lot easier.

Great moments, the location is amazing, in the heart of Alameda de Praia do Forte, in front of Igrejajinha and easy access, plenty of privacy and without bureaucracy and inconvenience to access the accommodation. The villa is very well taken care of, common areas always clean, people of the discreet and requested concierge, a safe place, with 02 parking spaces. The view and location are sensational, despite 3 days of rain, we were able to take advantage, the residence has all the main necessary utensils and the equipment and appliances are all functional. Without discrediting the quality of the property, our stay and our satisfaction , we recommend the following: have a greater amount of bath towels; face and cloths; promote the separation of the garbage in the residential area and schedule the repair of small gill (justified by the amount of rain). We only have to praise and thank the host, we recommend it.

Very attentive host, we really liked the apartment, very comfortable and met our needs very well. The Condominium is well wooded and nestled in nature (which for me is the strong point). In the pool area there is a restaurant that served us very well, which is a super positive point, since the condominium is a 17-minute walk or 5-minute bike ride to the village of Praia do Forte, as driving to the village is impractical. Anyway, we really enjoyed the accommodation and if it is available on our trips to this region we will certainly return several times.

Jesus' house is cozy and extremely clean and organized. The house is in a good location, close to the beach and the Praia do Forte, where there are restaurants and places to have fun at night.
