Great view, spacious apartment

Great property, location, clean, and accessible. Host is super friendly and responsive. Definitely recommended.

Прекрасное, красивое место со всеми удобствами. Дом буквально стоит на горной речке, тут очень живописно. Буквально в нескольких секундах ходьбы от дома сразу попадаешь в туристическую движуху с магазинами, кафе и т. п. В минуте ходьбы центральный парк, фуникулер на гору и т. п. Сам дом большой, в нем 3 спальни довольно большие и кухня гостинная. У каждой спальни свой туалет и душ. Плюс есть место чтобы посидеть на улице с большим столом, качелей и диваном. Также прямо у реки есть еще место с беседкой, мангалом, детской качелей и гамаком. В общем места полно. Хозяйка Марине отзывчивая и доброжелательная, все рассказала и показала, также предоставила место для авто. очень рекомендую.

The apartment is set in a peaceful location, surrounded by stunning views. It’s beautifully designed, spotless, and well-maintained. The host was incredibly kind and responsive, making the stay even more enjoyable. The small garden area beside the apartment, complete with a hammock and benches, offers a perfect spot to unwind and relax

I felt right at home; it was an amazing stay! This was the best experience I’ve had sleeping anywhere since I arrived in Georgia. The hosts were incredibly kind, offering me food and even waking up early to make me breakfast. It was truly wonderful. I have no more words, just incredible. Thank you so much for everything!

The best spot in Borjomi, Givi and Nicoloz were very friendly and welcoming, the views were amazing, I recommend this cottage who ever want peace and quiet and want to experince the country life.

Останавливались на несколько дней с собакой. Дом превзошел все ожидания, в жизни даже лучше чем на фото! Прекрасная веранда, чудесный сад🙌🏽 Вокруг очень тихо. Недалеко есть продуктовый магазин. Хозяйка очень отзывчивая и приветливая. Рекомендую этот дом на все 100%

Assolutamente perfetto!! La casa é stupenda immersa nella natura, l host é stata super reattiva nel rispondere a qualsiasi domanda. Ottima anche la pulizia della casa. In aggiunta l’host ci ha anche lasciato come pensiero una bottiglia di vino e del cioccolato . Assolutamente consigliato!!! 💯

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit. Bobi war sehr freundlich und stand uns immer zur Hilfe. Er empfahl uns viele Sachen, die wir machen konnten. Zudem war die Villa sehr empfehlenswert. Besonders gefallen hat uns der Pool und das große Grundstück.

We really loved Lasha's place and the hospitality of his brother Irakli who was available for anything we needed. We felt truly at home and our kids were sad to leave. You need a car if you want to move around, which we did, and explored so many wonderful places in Imereti a lot of which Irakli suggested to us and even accompanied us to. The house is in a small village and has everything one needs for a relaxing stay. If you want to be away from the noise and heat of the city, it is a perfect place. We would come back without thinking twice!

"ცველა"-ზე კარგზე მეტს არაფერს იტყვი.. უმთავრესი რაცაა ოჯახის ან ოჯახების დარსარჩენად ყველაფერი არის.. როგორც დიდი მოისვენებს ისე ბავშვებიც გაერთობიან.. მასპინძელი ახალგაზრდა ქალბატონი ძალიან სასარგებლო რჩევებით გამოირჩევა რადგან ნიკორშმინდელია.. სახლში ყველაფერი იყო სუფთად და კოხტად.. გემრიელი მყუდრო კოტეჯია სასიამოვნო ხის სურნელით) ხუთი ხუთიდან ცველას.

Got the place for one night after a long flight, the place is quiet despite being located in the center. The bed sheets had some sort of smell that was noticeable, and the apartment has some stains from usage, but that’s fair for the price. Overall good place to rest, it also has the best Khinkali Restaurant really close, which made it easier to get home walking after a good meal.

Serdecznie polecam. Sufio był bardzo pomocny we wszystkim. transport z lotniska i powrót w cenie. super kontakt. miejsce naprawdę super, blisko centrum, restauracje, sklepy. apartament bardzo duży, na wiele osób. polecam z całego serducha.

My family and I loved the place so much. It was so relaxing and we regret to stay there for just a day. Insha’Allah we will be back there and stay for longer days. My daughters ( 6y.o and 1 y.o) loved to play in their spacious yard, and can have bbq there as well. The cottage itself is so lovely and neat. We highly recommend this place and definitely gonna come back with our relatives and friends.

Das Haus von Tamari ist unsere bisher schönste und außergewöhnlichste Unterkunft, die wir über Airbnb gebucht haben. Es liegt in Alleinlage am Hang über einem Dorf und ist über ein Schotterpiste zu erreichen, die am besten mit einem Allrad-Auto zu erreichen ist. Bei sehr langsamer und vorsichtiger Fahrweise geht sicher auch ein normaler PKW. Der Ausblick von Grundstück und Haus über Dorf, Tal bis hin zum Stausee und zum Kaukasus in die andere Richtung ist spektakulär. Das Haus besteht aus einem alten Teil mit den drei Schlafzimmern und einer Küche und dem neuen Teil mit superschickem Bad und Wohnzimmer, deren Fenster sich weit öffnen lassen. Weil es so schön war haben wir extraviel Zeit im Haus und auf der Veranda verbracht. Die Ruhe, der Ausblick und das Läuten der Kuhglocken waren einfach überwältigend. Tamari war immer superschnell zu erreichen und hat uns sogar spontan mit Essen und Wein besucht. Es war einfach wunderschön da.
