Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Imperia

Das Häuschen von Tatjana ist ein Träumchen! Ein so gut rundum perfekt ausgestattetes Ferienhaus haben wir selten gehabt. Unsere 10 Tage im Mai waren vom Wetter her eher kühl, so dass wir den Kamin und das reichlich vorhandene Holz besonders zu schätzen wussten, ebenso wie die Heizkörper in den Schlafzimmern und im Bad. Die vielen Möglichkeiten, sich draußen ein schönes Plätzchen zum Relaxen auf den bequemen Sonnenliegen zu suchen, je nachdem, ob man die volle Sonne, Halbschatten unter den Olivenbäumen oder vollen Schatten suchte, waren ein weiterer großer Pluspunkt. Der Pfad zum wild rauschenden Bergbach unten im Tal war gut zu finden, für ältere Kinder und fitte Erwachsene könnte das Baden in diesem Bach im Sommer sicherlich ein großes Vergnügen sein - uns war das Wasser leider noch viel zu kalt! Der Urlaub an diesem wirklich zauberhaften Ort war viel zu kurz, um alles auszuschöpfen, was die nähere und weitere Umgebung bietet - wir müssen wohl noch einmal kommen! :) Außergewöhnlich!

Laurie's place is beyond our expectations. It's exceptionally clean including the bed linen. We were positively surprised by how clean the place is. Also, we love the style of her deco of the place: the furnitures, the home appliances. The view on the terrace to the whole city is the highlight. We wish that we could stay longer than just one short overnight as we had to catch early flight.

Es war alles wunderbarbar. Die Kommunikation mit Ewoud war einwandfrei. Vorort hatten wir mit Céline zu tun, der Nachbarin. Céline war sehr zuvorkommend. Besser geht es nicht. Das Haus ist sehr schön und ruhig gelegen. Die Unterkunft entspricht den Beschreibungen. Das WLAN ist super, auch am Pool ist die Verbindung noch perfekt. Der Herd in der Küche funktioniert leider nicht optimal; eine Kochplatte müsste ersetzt werden; deshalb kann man nicht richtig kochen. Leider ist in der Gegen sehr wenig los. Es gibt weder gute Restaurants, noch Supermärkte in der Nähe. Alles was man braucht bekommt man erst, wenn man mindestens 25 Minuten fährt. Aber Nizza, Cannes, Antibes etc. sind sehr nahe...

First of all, I want to highlight the hosts — they are absolutely wonderful people! So kind, welcoming, and always responsive. Thank you for always being available and helpful throughout our stay :) The villa itself is amazing and truly worth the price. It’s in a perfect location, very comfortable, and has everything you need. We enjoyed every moment of our stay and would love to come back again!

This was the best Airbnb I’ve ever stayed in. Joelle’s place was exceptionally beautiful, squeaky clean, extremely quiet, and very comfortable. We had everything we needed for a lovely stay and more! As if all of that wasn’t enough, Joelle’s breakfast in the garden was spectacular. She put together a delicious spread! Joelle’s kindness and generosity was an added bonus to a wonderful stay in an amazing region of Italy! Thank you Joelle!

Wir hatten tolles Wetter über den Jahreswechsel in Ligurien und wir haben auch die Unterkunft sehr genossen.

Un appartement très cosy. Dans un village atypique.Ingrida est très réactive pour répondre à vos questions.

We really enjoyed our stay here! It is a nice big house in an old village on a hill with a beautiful view. The home is decorated very nicely and has all the essentials you need. It is a bit in the countryside, which is nice to avoid the crowds and noise of being in a town like Alassio. You can even take walks in the hills behind the house. Yet it's an easy 15 minute drive into Alassio and the beaches, shopping, and nice restaurants. The host Marcel and his local assistant Liga were very friendly and helpful. When there was a small problem with the heat they were very quick to have someone out to have it repaired. We would definitely stay again and highly recommend it for your holiday.

Nous avons eu le plaisir de séjourner dans un appartement idéalement situé tout près de la Promenade des Anglais et à distance de marche de plusieurs restaurants. Cécilia a facilité notre arrivée en nous permettant d’accéder à l’appartement plus tôt. Le logement est assez grand et confortable pour 2 personnes. Le balcon est petit et plutôt décoratif, une seule personne peut s’y asseoir. Pour ce qui est des commodités, c’est assez minimaliste. J’ai été surprise d’avoir à acheter le savon à lessive, croyant que celui-ci était inclus. De plus, il ne restait qu’un fond de liquide à vaisselle. L’immeuble est très tranquille et les environs aussi sauf quelques incidents par des gens dans la rue qui ont fait du tapage nous réveillant en pleine nuit. Mais j’imagine que ce sont des événements isolés. C’est un beau quartier, nous nous sommes sentis en sécurité.Nous aurions bien aimé rencontrer notre hôte Cécilia mais l’arrivée-départ autonome empêche le contact personnalisé. À recommander.

Giulias lägenhet uppfyllde mer än väl våra förväntningar. Vi bodde där tio dagar i januari och var mycket nöjda. Lägenheten var vacker, modern och fräsch, ljus, varm och bekväm. Läget mitt i staden är perfekt om man ville utforska Sanremo, nära busstationen och shopping. Kontakten med Giulia var smidig, hon svarade snabbt på alla våra frågor. Vi kommer gärna tillbaka!

Do not hesitate to rent this flat while you are in Nice. Luisa and Philippe were excellent hosts and communicators. The flat itself was beautiful, eclectic and well furnished. It felt very French. The beds and the linens were extremely comfortable and we loved everything about it. It’s located in a perfect spot to get to everything from old town Nice to the promenade along the water. We are looking forward to our next trip already.

We had a wonderful stay at Pierre Andre's apartment. Doumé was incredibly helpful and communicative. We were right by the train station and a tram stop which made it super easy to get around. Would highly recommend staying here!!

Jose and Christiane were always so responsive and their place was amazing. A perfect home away from home and easy to travel from there to visit all the beautiful places around.

Bottom line: stay here. Patricia is the loveliest person; it was a pleasure to be hosted by her. Her attention to detail and clear joy in creating a wonderful experience for her guests is evident from the beginning of your stay. Look no further for a place to stay while in Nice; this place has it all from its charming location to access to everything you would want to do in the area. Patrica is amazing!

had a great time at Gregoire’s apartment. He was also very helpful at all times. The apartment is modern and has a nice view from the terrace.

Great place to stay at Nice. Simon is a great host. Couldn’t know him as he was abroad, but he answered all mu questions, always willing to help, and super friendly. Highly recommended. Ideal for couples. The bed is super comfortable, also the couch and the kitchen are great place to chill after some lo g walks or beach day. I’d definitely come back.

Words cannot describe how gorgeous Anna’s place is. This home exceeded all of my expectations, and I could not stop staring out the windows. From your balcony you can see three countries, mountains, and ocean. It truly is a once in a life time place. You are of course up in a mountain so limited things around you to do but the city center is right at the base and there are plenty of amazing restaurants. For freedom it is important to rent a car as taxis up and down can add up. We found ourselves walking down and then taxiing up to save $ which was a beautiful scenic walk and enjoyable, but not the best option for those less able bodied. We also found it easy to use delivery apps to deliver groceries and food to us on days we did not go down. Unfortunately we were in the off season of tourism, but still found plenty restaurants open to enjoy. Anna is very proactive in helping arrange anything you need whether to call a taxi, or other needs. Do not hesitate to book this stay!

Tolle Unterkunft mit einem super Blick über Nizza! Die Unterkunft hat alles was man braucht um sich sehr wohl zu fühlen, vor allem die separate Küche im Garten ist klasse. Würden definitiv nochmal hin gehen!

We have had a wonderful stay at Philippe’s home. The house was beautiful and particularly suitable for our family stay with a small baby. He was very accommodating answering any queries promptly. The information instructions provided were very detailed and helpful. The swimming pool was wonderful as the weather was hot and the air conditioning was very welcome. We were a group of six and the house was very spacious with plenty of room for three couples and a baby. We would like to thank Philippe for hosting us. We have wonderful memories of a lovely holiday at Cagnes sur Mer.

Nice location. The house and terrace has plenty of space and good places to sit and eat. We enjoyed also the pool. We were there for biking and cycling 10days. Good place for both.

Villa immersa nel verde, dotata di molti confort e servizi, come da descrizione. Ampi spazi (eravamo in 8), cucina molto grande e ben fornita di elettrodomestici, area esterna impagabile, con piscina, barbecue, forno per pizza, tavolo da ping pong. Stanze pulite, divano comodo. Nico e sua moglie sono stati molto carini e disponibili a soddisfare alcune nostre esigenze, reattivi ai messaggi. Direi che la descrizione del posto corrisponde all'annuncio. Prezzo molto buono considerando la tipologia di sistemazione e il numero di ospiti. Grazie Nico

Die Unterkunft liegt sehr schön in den Bergen und bietet einen fantastischen Ausblick. Der angrenzende Garten ist zum Entspannen hervorragend geeignet. Generell ist es eine äußerst ruhige Gegend, welche ungefähr eine Stunde von Nizza entfernt liegt. Obwohl die Anfahrt etwas sportlich ist, gewöhnt man sich nach kurzer Zeit daran. Man sollte nur immer ausreichend im Tank haben. Die Kommunikation mit Renaud ist problemlos erfolgt und er hat sofort seine Hilfe angeboten, falls es Fragen gegeben hätte. Schlussendlich kann man die Unterkunft auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen. Dies trifft besonders auf Leute zu, die Spaß an der Natur und bergigen Landschaften haben.

Petit logement idéal pour couples voulant apprécier les possibilités variées qu’offre la région et aussi se reposer dans un lieu calme et serein. On recommande cet endroit. Très bon contact avez Ot et Michel.

un véritable petit coin de paradis, niché dans la colline a proximité de Vintimille, un havre de paix avec de nombreux arbres fruitiers autour, des poules, tortue, jeux pour amusé les enfants, le logement est vraiment cosy propre et accueillant, Raphaël et sa compagne on vraiment était d'un acceuil chaleureux, ils nous ont indiquer pleins d'endroits sympathique. Encore merci pour tout ! Nous reviendrons avec plaisir.
