'A day like a gift' is an experience-type accommodation located in the forest at the top of Domaryeong (700m above sea level) in Minjujisan, Yeongdong-gun, Chungcheongbuk-do. We have remodeled a wooden house (Dalbat House, 2005) and a family-built earthen house (So Young Hall, 2006) for our elderly parents, so that only one team of guests can stay in the entire house. Recently, a tree house (Wol Forest House, 2024) was built on a 6-7 meter-high Japanese cedar tree in the Wol Forest, and this can also be experienced for free. The experience is divided into traditional cultural experiences and ecological experiences, which are offered in a variety of paid and free experiences. The mud house was built with wood, earth, and stone from the moon field, like the mountain village of our ancestors. You can experience lighting a fire in a traditional house, where you can feel the wisdom of a house that is cool and warm. The words 'A day like a gift' are engraved in the merchant room of the mud house. We will try to give everyone who comes here a simple gift called 'a day like a gift'.

'Unilam Ode'

This place is suitable for untact travel. It is a space where you can be freed from the daily routine and the suffocating life of the city center. All you can meet is the sound of the mountain wind, the song of the birds, and the warm hearts of the family. Anyone can travel without being conscious. It consists of 2 rooms, a living room, a kitchen, and a bathroom, and has a large balcony with an unobstructed view. The large room has 2 queen beds, and the small room has 1 queen bed and a single sofa bed. The property is located on the mountain pass near the Unilam and Banilam Valley, and is a quiet place with no private houses nearby. There is a large stream right in front of the house. It's great for playing in the water. The yard of the house is a 300-pyeong lawn garden, the inside of the house is 25 pyeong in size, and there is also a 5-pyeong balcony. It's not a fancy place, but it's a place where you can get plenty of the host's kindness and the scent of nature. If you want to have a comfortable mind through relaxation, come. You will be satisfied.

It is located in the old Haenggungter with a beautiful garden view with two ponds in front and Wibongsan in the back. Wibongsa, Wibongsanseong, and Wibong Falls are within 10 minutes on foot, and there are many places to enjoy and see, including a fantastic drive course. You can use the outdoor barbecue facilities. The cost of using charcoal and grill is 20,000 won. (If the water outside is frozen in winter and it is difficult to clean the grill, it may be difficult to barbecue.) If you only prepare firewood, you can enjoy the fire pit. Meat or fish (including shrimp, etc.) cannot be roasted indoors. Stew is possible. Thank you for your cooperation.

When you open the gate, a spacious lawn and open deck await you. You can have a barbecue party here or have fun with your pet. When you enter the house, the open living room spreads out, and the wonderful view of Wolbongsan Mountain seen from the window gives you healing. There is also a pine forest promenade around the accommodation, so you can take a slow walk and feel the relaxed charm of Changpyeong. And just 40 meters from the property, there is also a Changpyeong Golf Course (Par 3) that can be visited comfortably without a reservation! It's perfect for light exercise and relaxation. The Ondol Room is a charming, studio-style detached cottage heated by a traditional Korean wood-burning "Agungi" fireplace. Right outside your door, you’ll find "Grandmother’s Garden”. Adjacent to the garden is our Greenhouse, where you can enjoy a peaceful cup of tea or a private barbecue. (The Greenhouse is primarily available during the Spring and Autumn seasons.)
