Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Incline Village

Such a beautiful home, clean, spacious, and very peaceful. This home was perfect for my family and I, we enjoyed the patio in the outdoors, the rooms were lovely and loved that the living room was very spacious. Also loved that there were a lot of restaurants and places to go have a swim nearby. This home was exactly how he described in the listing would love to come back and stay here again.

Michelle was the perfect host. Her beautiful home was perfect for my daughter’s 26th birthday. She had everything we needed. The beds were all so comfortable, the deck was perfect to have our morning coffee, and to enjoy the beautiful scenery. The neighborhood was so quiet and serene. Will definitely stay again, and I will recommend to my friends. Thanks again for a wonderful 4 days . Tammy

Great host! Beautiful view of the mountains and lake. Very peaceful and quiet in neighborhood. Would highly recommend to anyone. Centrally located which let us drive to casinos in South Lake Tahoe in 10min, drive up to other beaches north like sand harbor (30 min drive) and two other beaches close to house (less than 5 min drive). Looking forward to going again during winter season.

This place was fantastic for our family! I had a 3 yr, 9 yr, and 15 year old. There was 8 of us in total and everyone enjoyed the house. From the board games to the toddler toys, even the beach gear. We really didn’t have to bring much every thing was provided. And when the kids were tired of playing and tired from the day, they had excellent Wi-Fi for everyone iPads. Our host was friendly and responsive with any questions/issues which made our stay more comfortable. Excellent for families with small kids as they have cribs and baby gates too.

The host provided detailed instructions for checking in and checking out. Peaceful area, beautiful surroundings.

- Great location, very close to Safeway for grocery if needed. Near Kings Beach. - Well-equipped kitchen, living room full of board games. Indoor/outdoor shoes, beach towels, etc. are provided. Everything is there for you. Overall, really great and cozy place. My friends and I really enjoyed the stay. We would highly recommend this place to everyone!

10 stars for us. This is a magical property. Rose gardens, birds singing, uphill breezes. A private sanctuary. Hot tub on private patio. We got in late and we're greeted with candlelight, cheese and fruit and breakfast fixings in the fridge. Who does that? Nothing left undone. Thank you Evelyn and Neil

My family felt very comfortable in Suzanne's condo. There was plenty of room and the amenities were great. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we could need. The beds were very comfortable. The best part of the stay was having Suzanne as a host. She was very quick to respond to our questions and gave exact directions to find the condo.

Marci’s place was so nice! I feel like the photos and description doesn’t even do it justice. It’s such a cute little cabin and we loved staying there. There were lots of cute, rustic details that made you feel right at home. The bed was pretty comfortable. The patio area was nice and quiet, the hot tub felt great after a long day of hiking and lake activities, and the privacy in the yard made us feel comfortable and secluded despite the homes around us. There’s a quick walk to a launch spot to get out on the water which made it easy to kayak and paddleboard. So happy we stayed here!

The place was really nice and comfortable. Daniel was also very nice and very helpful through out our stay. I definitely recommend staying here.

One of the best places I have ever stayed. The pictures do not do this place justice. We really appreciated how well stocked the kitchen was with pots, pans, and utensils. Bed rooms and bathrooms were also clean and had basic necessities in stock. I would recommend this place to anyone and would stay here again.

I’ve stayed in several Airbnbs and Micks place is one of my favorites. Central, easy location and right around the corner, practically, is a fabulous bakery with gluten free choices!!!! The unit was clean and well equipped. The washer and dryer worked perfectly. I high recommend this unit. It’s certainly worth the very fair price.

Fantastic stay! Great spot right next to the lake, and the friendliest hosts imaginable. Paddleboards, kayaks, hot tub, what more can you ask for? Not to mention the bike lane is right behind the house and goes all the way from Tahoe city to Meek’s bay!

5 Stars – A Perfect Lake Tahoe Stay I stayed at this cozy condo in Tahoe Vista for five nights and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The location is incredible—right across the street from the North Shore of Lake Tahoe and just a five-minute walk to the water. The space was clean, quiet, and peaceful, with a perfectly equipped little kitchen that had everything I needed. Communication with the hosts was smooth and responsive from start to finish. This spot felt like a true retreat, and it’s absolutely a place I’ll be returning to. Highly recommend!

Easy to walk and drive to a variety of restaurants and shops near town. If you are running the Tahoe 200 this is a perfect spot for a crew basecamp!

I would highly recommend this serene condo in the woods! Can’t beat the location, and the amenities are exactly what you need! Jared was very helpful when we had any questions about our stay.

Richard was a fantastic host and very responsive when questions arose. He also had great recommendations for restaurants/things to do. The location was exactly what we were hoping for. Across the street from the air bnb was a private beach area with lounge chairs that felt private/secluded. 10/10 would recommend staying here.

Great place! There was some construction going on during my stay, but other than that it was a great location and great room!

We have stayed at many Air BNB properties over the years, both at Incline Village and elsewhere and this one was top notch. We felt right at home and comfortable. Everything is exactly as pictured and super clean and the welcome bottle of wine, cheese platter, and water was an added bonus. The kitchen appliances and furniture were all in great working condition. As a host, Janet is very communicative and detail oriented. She made sure to send written instructions several times on where to unload the car, how to find the unit, where to park, etc. She even checked to see when we would arrive so that she would have the condo warmed to a comfortable temperature upon our arrival. This place was perfect for our family of 4 and a great home base for skiing at Diamond Peak.

Kate is a fabulous host who is available to answer all of our questions and provided excellent instructions in terms of check-in and any questions that we had. It is a walk to the ski hill and we were so fortunate that NorthStar remained open for Easter weekend. We had a wonderful Easter holiday at her luxury condo that is equipped with everything that you could possibly need. We enjoyed the restaurants at the Ritz-Carlton Lake Tahoe along with sitting outside by the fire pits. We also enjoyed an afternoon at the spa which was absolutely amazing !! I would recommend staying at this beautiful condo to anyone looking for a relaxing and fun family vacation !! Thank you Kate we hope to come back soon !!!
