We loved staying in Patrick's Cozy House in Grandview. Great location for us, easy to get to, quiet neighborhood. Loved all the space in the house that it had three bedrooms with comfortable beds. Very comfortable house for a relaxing long weekend!

What a great stay in KC! My sister and I were in town for a weekend and we couldn't have asked for a better experience. The pictures and description of the home are accurate and it exceeded our expectations. I especially loved the screened back porch - perfect for morning coffee and evening cocktails! Beds were very comfy and we had everything we needed. Scott was wonderful to communicate with and was able to accommodate our request to check-in an hour early. We'll definitely try to reserve this great spot again!

I recently stayed at this Airbnb in Kansas City and had a fantastic experience. For the price, it was an incredible value. This place is exactly as it is listed. We were traveling for business in Kansas City but did not want the hustle and bustle of the city. Perfect distance, accessible to every activity and amenity you could want. Safe and quiet neighborhood. Great hosts! Proactive and responsive with communication.

Our host was an absolute angel, always there with a attentive care. We were swimming in towels and bathrobes—literally! It was a refreshing change from the usual scarcity we often encounter with short-term rentals. I can’t wait to return with my family and soak up the charm of KC all over again!

I love everything about this place *very clean *actually has free parking (follow in check in instructions) *food near by *easily accessible *near downtown *dishes were provided *kitchen available *Tv provided in both living and bedroom *bed was clean and comfy * Towels were sufficient, fluffy, and clean, *really spacious better than a hotel if you ask me❣️

you can tell more about people when something goes a little wrong than when everything is perfect. There was a small mechanical issue with the pool and they sent the nicest person out to fix it and went above and beyond to make sure all our kiddos could continue to use the pool. even though it would have been much cheaper for them to close the pool. This speaks volumes about their commitment to their guests. we would totally stay there again if we ever were in the KC area.

The house was cozy & comfortable, just enough room for us, nice furniture, clean bedding, plenty of pillows & blankets, private backyard, we felt safe, especially at night which was very comforting!! Very nice neighborhood, nice TV & surround sound! The pool was great, the showers were nice, easy to get to, Lee's Summit has just about everything you need so we never had to go far! Easy check in & out! Would recommend & we will probably be back in the future!

I had a great time staying here! The location is very convenient to the Plaza and to the rest of downtown KC. Parking was always available right outside of the apartment. The apartment was very clean and had all necessities needed for a week-long stay. Communication was great. I would gladly stay here again!

Very adequate for what we needed. Clean and was well stocked with essentials. We loved having a washer & dryer. The bedrooms were good size with dressers and closets. Beds and furniture were very comfortable.

My husband and I stayed here to work remotely for a few days and this little property was a great value. We were very impressed with how clean the house is compared to its age. The train running through the back is, indeed, noisy and the back door was in pretty rough shape when we stayed, but the host let me know she will be replacing it and repairing the issues this weekend. We were very happy with our stay. We had no issues would absolutely return.

Had a great stay! The place was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. We especially enjoyed the BBQ setup — it made the evenings fun and relaxing. The basement was a fantastic bonus space, very cozy and well-kept. Everything was smooth from check-in to checkout. Would definitely recommend and stay again!

The Blue House was adorable & perfect for the 6 of us adults! We drove up from Oklahoma to watch the KC Royals! Location was great, Easy drive to & from the stadium , neighborhood was peaceful, safe and very quiet. Nice clean & cozy home with very comfortable beds! Highly recommend! Adding to our favorites when we return to the KC area!
