Townhouse holiday rentals in Indian Wells

Had a great time staying here. The condo is in the second story and the view was just as pictured. Very calm, quiet, setting with great mountain and water feature views. Community is gated but access in and out was easy. Lots of pools to choose from within short walking distance. Garage was roomy for our large rental SUV. AC worked well and fans in the rooms were great for hot early June days in the desert.

We were in town for a basketball tournament and decided to make it a mini vacation to also celebrate my birthday. Our family really enjoyed our stay at George and Randy's place! The home and complex are beautifully maintained with plenty to do. Our family enjoyed the pools and tennis as well as the games and puzzles provided. The hosts were very responsive any time I had a question. Highly recommend!

We so enjoyed our stay, only good things to say, beautiful uncluttered but comfy and useable/livable spaces with the bedrooms at opposite ends with bathrooms en suite or next to. We are architects and so enjoyed the amazing architecture books (some old favorite houses that I had forgotten and was re-inspired to look at again), plus original (and tasteful even!!) art on walls. Sat by the pool in the January sun each day, and cooked in the well appointed kitchen. This is what Airbnb renting should be. We will be back for sure. Thank you Michelle, so very much.

Had a great stay! The place was exactly as described and easy to access in a gated neighborhood. Excellent location for the Coachella festival with an easy short route to Monroe to get to the Polo Fields. Had all the amenities we needed and was clean as a whistle. Highly recommend!

It was perfect for my much needed staycation. Shared long driveway, so can be a little confusing for some. Just be proactive and check your route before arriving. Grocery store right next door! I will definitely stay again if i need too. The family is very responsive when you have questions! Thank you!

I have booked Airbnbs in the PGA West community annually for the last several years and Annette’s home is the best to date! After an absolutely horrendous experience with a host who canceled on me with no reason after booking months in advance and then dealing with Airbnb’s incompetent customer service team, I was very hesitant to book with Airbnb again. However, Annette came to the rescue, seriously! First off, Annette was very responsive and easy to communicate with. Her property is STUNNING with gorgeous views of the mountains and golf course. Not to mention, her home is fully stocked with anything and everything you could need for a relaxing weekend. I look forward to staying here again in the years to come! Thank you Annette for allowing myself and guests to stay at your beautiful home we are so very grateful!

The place looked great both in the photos and in person, the pictures do a good job of accurately showcasing the space. Very convenient to have a garage and the place was perfect for our short trip. Jay was also very responsive, even responding to messages and questions I had at a later time of the day. Would definitely recommend the place if you have a friend or family group that wanted the space

We greatly enjoyed our stay at Char's place while attending the Indian Wells tennis tournament. The Legacy Villas complex is a beautiful and quiet setting. Char's spacious one bedroom was perfect for the two of us. It's nicely furnished and comfortable. Great kitchen, thoughtfully furnished. All communications were easy and responsive. Would definitely return!

James was very helpful and responsive. The home was very well kept and in a beautiful resort. We would definitely come back!

Our stay at Vy & Steven's Townhouse was amazing! The location was great and within walking distance of a nearby restaurant called Boozehounds, which offers a great brunch menu. The Townhouse is very spacious and features top-tier amenities that complement the building's exterior style and interior decoration. The outdoor patio and pool create a relaxing atmosphere, allowing guests to enjoy the beautiful Palm Springs weather. Guests in the building were very nice and welcoming. This place provided us with a luxurious and tranquil experience that enhanced our trip to Palm Springs, and I would recommend staying here for those seeking comfortable, convenient, and stylish accommodations.

This was our second time staying at this beautiful home in Palm Desert, and it was just as perfect as we remembered. Located in a quiet, gated community, the property offers access to amazing amenities—golf courses, tennis and pickleball courts, and plenty of pools and jacuzzis. The house is spotless and fully stocked with everything you need, making it feel like a true home away from home. We love coming back here and look forward to staying again!

I was hesitant to book this unit based on reviews, but I’m so glad we did. This was the 5th unit I’ve rented at Legacy Villas, and it’s probably one of my favorite. Honestly, every unit I’ve rented has had its quirks, but the pros definitely outweigh the cons. First, I love Legacy Villas! I have an infant and toddler, and feel extremely safe and love the amenities while also having plenty of space and a full kitchen. The pros for this property: Bigger unit, private, garage, nice shower heads (not the case in our last unit), dog-friendly, and clean. The cons: the plumbing in the master bath was loud at times; the master bed could be softer (but it wasn’t that bad); and we couldn’t figure out how to turn the hallway bathroom light off (it goes off on its own). Again, the pros outweigh the cons, and we really enjoyed our Easter weekend at this unit.

Hollee is a wonderful host. She responded quickly and was extremely accommodating. She very warmly greeted us when we got there and made us feel so welcome. Her home is lovely and very comfortable. I loved her decor and the vibe she created. I asked a lot of questions in advance and she was so responsive. I asked if she had an instant pot and she bought one for us to use while there! She really goes above and beyond! I would love to stay there again and highly recommend Hollee as a top notch host!

We husband and dogs enjoyed our stay. The home and pool are just what we needed. They were great hosts. Very responsive, easy check in, and great place. We will definitely be booking again.

Came to stay with my son find a warm place in the United States. We found out and more peaceful morning listening to bird song. Look at the golf course cooking breakfast, watching the ducks with my dog who is just steps away. we had an amazing restful rejuvenating vacation love Palm Desert went to Palm Springs for one day. Palm Desert is much cleaner.

Lovely casita and setting. Palm Desert is so central to everything. Loved the golfers going by every morning. The neighbors were lovely. Swimming pool was so close. We loved it!

The townhome was well decorated and I really grew fond of the decor; especially the bathrooms (faucets, toilets, Tile, showers etc). Amenities were top notch & had all necessary kitchen gadgets & laundry needs. The views of the Golf Course & Mountains were as advertised (in the pictures). The place was 2 stories and both bedrooms had en-suite bathrooms which was great. To be transparent; my only gripe was the lack of room darkening blinds; or a door to the Master Bathroom which made it difficult to ‘sleep-in’ as the room was BRIGHT @ 6am (granted I stayed in mid-May). It was only myself staying there so the size of the home was adequate; but wouldn’t suggest housing more than 2 people (or a couple and 1 child). Overall the communication with Tex was solid and pleasantly pleased with my almost 2 week stay. Lastly the Pool & Hot Tub were literally steps from the patio (which was mostly unoccupied 99% of the time if you enjoy having a pool all to yourself).

We loved this place! It was fully equipped with everything we needed. Upon arrival place was clean, bathrooms, towels, bed sheets, and furniture. We had plenty of towels and pool towels. Kids had fun riding the e-bikes and playing Pac-Man. The kitchen space was clean and spacious.. If you love peace and quiet, this is the place. Thank you so much for a wonderful experience. We would definitely come back!

Heather is an excellent host! We loved her place and it was exactly as listed. Getting there was easy with the directions and information she provided. She is quick to respond when I had questions come up about our stay and the place is so nice, clean, spacious, quiet and comfortable. Great neighborhood, restaurants and stores, coffee are nearby. It has everything you need for a family get together which is what led us to stay at her place. We would definitely come back and recommend it to anyone looking for the same. Thank you Heather.

Brianna was a great host! She was so responsive and easy to work with. The villa was beautiful, and we loved the variety of pools. The location in La Quinta was perfect for Stagecoach, just a short distance to the shuttle. Highly recommend!!
