If you want to feel a local in the city centre, this is the right place. I kind of feel at home since I arrived. The building entrance corridor requires some upgrade to make it look nicer. The apartment is in the 3rd floor, and this may be an issue if you have large bagagges. The apartment has their own furniture, which is nice, but sometimes you may find a hidden speck of dust. Some nice features, such as a collection of vynil records make it unique. At night, you may hear the crowd from the restaurants on the street, but it was ok for me, I did enjoy my sleep. The highlight of the apartment is the location, the bright and spacious living room, which made me qualify this place with a 5 star.

Le logement proposé par Barbara correspond parfaitement à la description et est vraiment super ! Très bien agencé, équipé et très cosy. Situé à deux pas du centre, sa localisation est idéale. Barbara est une hôte réactive et attentionnée. J'ai passé une excellente semaine ! Je recommande !

Laurent's place is in a great location, easy to walk to most parts of Nantes, but is also in a very peaceful quiet area of the city. 15 minutes walk to Ile De Nantes, 30imutes to train station, 10 minutes to centre ville. the bathroom is amazing with a spacious shower. the cooking facilities are enough to make simple meals which you can enjoy on the balcony. the bed is very comfortable and we got a great sleep! the record player is a bonus as we bought lots of new music but could also listen to Laurent's collection. there is a great Boulangerie and small super market just 1 minute walk away with a great selection of fresh food. code access to all doors is so easy and no worry about losing the keys! would stay again and recommend to friends.

Josias est très disponible pour la communication. Le logement est conforme à sa description et situé au fond de la cour charmante. Le quartier est tranquille. Parisiens, nous avons apprécié le silence et avons essayé de le préserver

Superbe appartement très bien placé et facile d'accès. Le logement était grand, propre et dans un immeuble sécurisé, tout comme décrit. Il y a également une place de parking privée qui est un vrai plus. Camille a été très gentil et réactif aux messages, merci également d'avoir été aussi flexible et compréhensif concernant notre heure d'arrivée !

Un excellent week-end passé chez élise ! La maison propose vraiment des services très confortable. Tout est propre , bien décorées , il ne manque rien , tout est bien pensé ! Un extérieur très agréable, le gros point positif la piscine couverte + terrasse couverte !!! Les jeux à foisons pour les enfants . Je vous recommande à 200% ce logement. Hôte particulièrement accueillant et chaleureux, un plaisir de vous avoir rencontré ! Nous vous remercions très sincèrement

We had a wonderful few days exploring Nantes and couldn’t have asked for a more comfortable and charming place to return home to at the end of each day. Johan’s place is clean, stylish, architecturally interesting and full of beautiful art pieces and lovely details - he clearly is a man with great taste! The house is very well equipped with high quality inventory and appliances for those who like to do a bit of cooking on holiday like us! The location was ideal with - quiet but with all the essentials nearby and very quick access by bus to the centre of town. Odile was wonderful - so welcoming, helpful and friendly when we arrived and supremely responsive/flexible when we told her we would arrive earlier than expected. Odile also provided excellent support during our stay when we had questions! Overall it was the best few days and we cannot wait to return to Johan’s place and to Nantes! Thank you Johan and Odile!!!

Notre séjour a été un réel coup de cœur ; de l’île de noirmoutiers mais aussi de cette magnifique maison proposée par Marc et son épouse , très serviables et à notre écoute, merci à eux ! Le logement est idéalement situé , très confortable et cocooning. Bravo pour la belle déco ! Tout se fait à pieds ou à vélo , de vraies vacances . Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir , c’est certain .

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette maison entièrement refaite à neuf : tout est propre, moderne et parfaitement équipé, il ne manque absolument rien à l’intérieur. Marine a été très disponible et réactive tout au long de notre séjour, toujours rapide à répondre à nos messages. C’est un logement dans lequel on se sent vraiment bien, et c’est certain : nous reviendrons et relouerons sans hésiter !

Spacious renovated apartment with sunny verandah in a quiet location. Fully equipped with everything you need to cook meals or make coffee! Also very convenient to public transport - bus stop at the corner. We enjoyed our stay very much would stay there again if in Nantes.
