Everything about it is excellent I highly recommend it!

If you want to feel a local in the city centre, this is the right place. I kind of feel at home since I arrived. The building entrance corridor requires some upgrade to make it look nicer. The apartment is in the 3rd floor, and this may be an issue if you have large bagagges. The apartment has their own furniture, which is nice, but sometimes you may find a hidden speck of dust. Some nice features, such as a collection of vynil records make it unique. At night, you may hear the crowd from the restaurants on the street, but it was ok for me, I did enjoy my sleep. The highlight of the apartment is the location, the bright and spacious living room, which made me qualify this place with a 5 star.

I really appreciate I could find so lovely apartment in Nantes and I love the aesthetic style of Barbara. The location is so convenient to go everywhere. Because it is very located in the city centre.Xxxxx

Laurent's accommodation is smaller and less flashy than it appears in the photos but it is nonetheless very pleasant, in a residence overlooking an inner courtyard and in a very quiet neighborhood. We enjoyed having our breakfasts on the balcony. Many small shops are nearby for the delight of the taste buds. Transportation is also very close, but in any case it is possible to walk to the city center or to the island's machines. We would definitely recommend this apartment.

Josias is very available for communication. The accommodation is consistent with its description and located at the back of the charming courtyard. The neighborhood is quiet. As Parisians, we appreciated the silence and tried to preserve it

Superb apartment very well located and easy to access. The space was large, clean, and in a secure building, as described. There is also a private parking space which is a real plus. Camille was very kind and responsive to messages, thank you also for being so flexible and understanding about our arrival time!

A great weekend at Élise's! The house really offers very comfortable services. Everything is clean , well decorated , nothing missing, everything is well thought out! A very nice exterior, the big plus is the covered pool + covered terrace!!! There's plenty of games for the kids . I recommend this place 200%. We had a wonderful few days exploring Nantes and couldn’t have asked for a more comfortable and charming place to return home to at the end of each day. Johan’s place is clean, stylish, architecturally interesting and full of beautiful art pieces and lovely details - he clearly is a man with great taste! The house is very well equipped with high quality inventory and appliances for those who like to do a bit of cooking on holiday like us! The location was ideal with - quiet but with all the essentials nearby and very quick access by bus to the centre of town. Odile was wonderful - so welcoming, helpful and friendly when we arrived and supremely responsive/flexible when we told her we would arrive earlier than expected. Odile also provided excellent support during our stay when we had questions! Overall it was the best few days and we cannot wait to return to Johan’s place and to Nantes! Thank you Johan and Odile!!!

Our stay was a real favorite; from the island of Noirmoutiers but also this magnificent house offered by Marc and his wife, very helpful and attentive to us, thank you to them! The accommodation is ideally located, very comfortable and cozy. Well done for the beautiful decoration! Everything is done on foot or by bike, a real vacation. We will return with great pleasure, that's for sure.

We had a great time in this completely refurbished house: everything is clean, modern and perfectly equipped, there is absolutely nothing missing inside. Marine was very available and responsive throughout our stay, always quick to respond to our messages. It's a place you feel really good in, and for sure: we'll come back and rent again without hesitation!

Spacious renovated apartment with sunny verandah in a quiet location. Fully equipped with everything you need to cook meals or make coffee! Also very convenient to public transport - bus stop at the corner. We enjoyed our stay very much would stay there again if in Nantes.
