It´s located within 20 minutes walking distance from the centre of Sigtuna.Small beach and boat dock to use within 70 m. from the cottage. Your own private bathroom with shower is not located in the cottage. it is 10 steps away in the basement of our main house. Stugan har ett charmigt originalkök från 70-talet med allt du behöver för en avkopplande semester, samt ett vardagsrum med stora fönster som släpper in rikligt med ljus. För kyliga eller regniga dagar finns en eldstad. I närheten finns många vackra skogsstigar som leder till lokala stränder, perfekta för en promenad i naturen.

Ett charmigt litet hus byggt 1924, ett av Kolviks första. En fridfull plats med skogstomt, djurliv, sjöglimt från både fönster och terrass. Badbrygga och liten strand 300 meter från huset. Tar 10 minuter att gå till bussen som tar er till stan på 30 minuter. Här finns även mataffär och restauranger. Mölnvik köpcentrum ligger 10 minuter bort med bil/buss. Cykel kan lånas för att trampa upp till affären. Du kan även ta pendlarbåten till/från stan från Ålstäket, 5 minuter bort med bil.
