Two bathrooms including washing machine and the kitchen make the apartment a place to relax for up to 6 guests. From Monday to Saturday, there are fresh baked goods on pre-order. Whether as a holiday apartment for the family, the weekend trip for the couple or as a mechanic's apartment: we look forward to seeing you soon!

Tiny House in your own natural garden

Feel connected to nature. Our Tiny House is located in the middle of a 2000 sq m natural garden with no direct neighbors. The covered terrace invites you to rest, eat or work in the garden, come rain or sunshine. In colder weather you can heat the Nordpeis wood-burning stove and enjoy the glow and warmth of the fire. For those for whom the 2000 sq m garden is not enough - the edge of the Huy forest is 100 meters from the property. In the evening, you can gaze at the stars as you fall asleep.

Beautiful and quietly located on the outskirts of the village in the cozy wooden house, yard 2021 for private use. Consisting of a living/bedroom with TV and fast WiFi. 1 room with a small kitchenette. 1 separate, small bathroom with shower and toilet. Carport / terrace with cozy garden furniture and wide views of nature. The rental price includes electricity, heating, hot water and fast WiFi. Final cleaning is included with normal use! Self check-in with a lockbox is possible.

Klein Elmau - Das Waldidyll im Elm

If Austria is too far for a short recharge of nature, tranquility and a log cabin atmosphere, our (fully fenced) Klein Elmau is waiting for you. A log cabin in the middle of the Elm nature reserve without street noise, but with a lot of forest, tranquility and romance. After a walk in the woods, you can snuggle up and warm up by the fireplace, in the bathtub or in the cozy wingback chair on the glass-roofed terrace, from which you have a panoramic view of the Elm.

Angeboten wird ein stilvoll eingerichtetes Apartment mit separatem Eingang und maximaler Privatsphäre. Weiterhin kann die Sauna gegen Aufpreis (15€ p.P und Tag )genutzt werden. Die Bezahlung erfolgt vor Ort. Haustiere sind bei uns gerne gesehen. Für die Endreinigung fallen 25€ an. Die Lage ist ein optimaler Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen und Radtouren. Der Harz und Städte wie Wernigerode, Goslar, Halberstadt, Blankenburg etc. sind in 30-45 Autominuten erreichbar.

The loft is located in the city center of Helmstedt, about 25 minutes away from the VW factory in Wolfsburg. If you are looking for relaxation after a stressful day at work, you have come to the right place! You can end the evening here relaxing on the sofa, in the tub or with a sauna. Entertainment offers the fully equipped cinema with PS5 and TV channels. The fully equipped kitchen offers many possibilities. Pets are an additional one-time fee of €25.

In an expanded farmhouse 500 m from our ostrich farm, we rent 2 double rooms ,cot incl.,The large hallway area with adjoining kitchen offers much space for shared dining. On the 1st floor are the double rooms, Bathroom with shower and large outdoor area with reading corner or children's play area. In the yard and garden area there is a barbecue,fire pit and plenty of space for outdoor activities. Free parking is available under the covered courtyard barn.

The apartment is the complete upper floor with a large living/dining area, bedroom with double bed, walk-in closet, bathroom with shower and a fully equipped kitchen (with dishwasher, stove, refrigerator, etc.) The apartment is located in the center of Helmstedt (district Barmke) and is easily accessible via the A2. It is quietly located and through the large windows comes a lot of light into the apartment, with all windows equipped with shutters.
