We offer you in our house with a large garden and swimming pool two well-equipped, cozy apartments.The house is located on the outskirts of Ingelheim, quiet and yet convenient, so that you can reach the train station, the motorway or the company Boehringer in a few minutes. If you want to visit Bingen, Wiesbaden, Mainz, Frankfurt or the Hunsrück, this is the place to be. Or you can cross the Rhine by ferry and get to the Rheingau, known for its wines. Of course, you can also relax on the terrace or swim your laps in the pool.In a quiet location on the outskirts of Ober-Ingelheim you will find our spacious non-smoking apartment for a maximum of four adults, plus two children. The apartment is comfortably furnished and newly renovated and is located on the ground floor of our house.From the living room and separate bedroom there is a beautiful view of the terrace, the well-kept garden with the swimming pool, which invites you to refresh in the summer. In the living room there is a fireplace, for the cooler seasons, and a cozy sitting area, the TV with DVD recorder and a stereo. There is also a dining table with room for at least six people.At the large desk you will find a telephone and a computer connection to the Internet. (WiFi)The separate bedroom is equipped with two 1 x 2 m single beds, also suitable for the elderly, and a large wardrobe and has direct access to a bathroom with a sink, toilet and bath.In the children's room there are two further sleeping facilities that can also be used by adults. However, it can also be used as a " retreat" for comfortable reading or television. In the shelves and cabinets, in addition to sufficient space for your belongings, there are board games and a selection of books and magazines.The shower room accessible via the hallway offers you a shower with a flat entrance, a sink and a toilet.In the kitchen with the adjacent pantry, a gas stove with oven, a dishwasher and a fridge are at your disposal. Even thou centrally located the flat offers privacy and tranquility. All you need for a relaxing stay in Rüdesheim.

A vacation in beautiful nature in the heart of the Rheingau near the Schloß Vollrads and Schloss Johannisberg wineries in Stephanshausen. Please feel at home in my detached house with garden! Priceless but nevertheless included: fantastic views over a horse paddock and beyond the Rhine. From here you can start wonderful hikes. In a short time, you're at Johannisberg Castle, Rüdesheim with Drosselgasse, abbey and romantic castles.

Das Cottage (ca. 70qm) ist ein umgebauter Stall und steht unter Denkmalschutz. Es ist umgeben von Weinbergen, Weingütern, Restaurants und nur 5 Gehminuten zum Rhein. Grundsätzlich ist es nur für 2 Personen geeignet. Das Cottage ist komplett ausgestattet wie z.B. Waschmaschine/Trockner, Sodastreamer, internetfähiges TV, WLAN, Loungemöbel auf der Terrasse und viele Extras. Haustiere sind herzlich willkommen :-)

Studio for a romantic weekend for two

The studio is located in the heart of Oestrich and thus in close proximity to numerous restaurants, wine taverns, wineries and grocery stores such as Rewe, Netto and Aldi. 2 minutes' walk away are the Rhine with wine barrels to taste wine, a small bookstore, an ice cream parlor, a stationery store, a butcher's and an ATM each from Sparkasse, Volksbank and Postbank. Parking is also very close by.
