A charming little house in the countryside.

The house is located in the hamlet of La Jaillette, on the Oudon River. The place is rich in heritage (12th-13th century priory church open for visits). I restored it with the most natural materials (cob, lime, hemp, old floor tiles, etc.). It consists of a living room with kitchenette (20 m2), a bathroom with shower (4 m2) and a bedroom upstairs under the attic insulated with wood wool. Private garden with furniture and umbrella.

The enclosed courtyard overlooks the boat dock, the salon and the office have a splendid view of the Loire and the Ingrandes bridge. The house is located on the church square. The village has all the necessary shops. The Ingrandes train station leads directly to Angers and Nantes, and there is one bicycle available to travel around the village.
