Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Innaloo

Eileen’s home is perfectly located near the beach, with parks close by and easy access to the city. From the moment we stepped in, it felt cozy and welcoming. We stayed for three nights while exploring Perth, and it was a great base for our trip. The kids especially enjoyed the spacious rooms and the outdoor space. I highly recommend this home to anyone looking for a comfortable house setting instead of an apartment while visiting the city.

Claire and Wade’s place was awesome. My kids and i enjoy the place with the beautiful scenery. The beach was a few mins walk and my kids love the whale playground so much that we had to go there everyday!place was also near COLES where you shop for the groceries. Claire and Wade made us feel at home right away and they were very friendly and accommodating to our request of having additional detergent to wash our clothes. And there was even limes that were grown by them that we can use! My wife and i decided that if we were to come back we will go back to Claire and Wades place again!

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our time at Dianne’s home. The accommodations were above expectations and we would happily stay there again if we are lucky enough to return to Perth/North Beach.

Thank you for having us at your lovely place! We loved this house, it was bright, spacious, very clean and comfortable. The children really liked the playroom and spent a lot of time there. The host was very proactive in ensuring that guests had access to clear information and would drop messages to check in on us. The house was very clean and comfortable, it seemed like it was a brand new house. Location was great, very convenient to shops and the beach. We would love to come back for a stay :)

Levi’s place was a perfect place for us to stay in Scarborough. Very comfortable, clean and quiet with a lovely ambience. The house is well equipped with everything you need and just a 10 min walk to the beach. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again.

We had a lovely winter stay at this warm, well-located Innaloo home. The gas fireplace heated the whole house beautifully, and the property was tastefully decorated but free of clutter, with handy benches in each room to place belongings. The kitchen’s breakfast bar and the sheltered verandas were great for relaxing, especially while watching the rain. It's pet-friendly, with a secure, grassed yard perfect for a small dog. Just a short walk to Innaloo Shopping Centre and plenty of food options, many walkable. There are two car bays, though only one average-sized car fits comfortably. The house was spotless on arrival. A key consideration: it's close to Scarborough Beach Road, so traffic noise is noticeable from 4:30am to 10pm. Light sleepers may struggle with that, but proximity to shops and beaches makes it a fair trade-off. Overall, a practical, clean, and comfortable stay with thoughtful touches. Host was very responsive. A great stay.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Really felt like home. The pups absolutely loved the backyard, soft toy available and treats! We especially loved the backyard too…such a beautiful sanctuary to enjoy with a cuppa! The shower was great and bed comfy too. Loved the extras provided for the few things we forgot to pack. And such a convenient location and with easy access/lock up too. Loved our family stay 🤗

What a gorgeous and cosy place! Walking distance to restaurants and shops in a gorgeous trendy and cosmopolitan area of Perth. Perfect place for a getaway. Quiet street and private. Immaculate and clean; everything has been thought of. Julie is a beautiful host and met us at the building as she was worried we wouldn’t have lights on for a late arrival. What a lovely above and beyond gesture. It was a pleasure meeting you Julie and would love to return.

Such a lovely Airbnb, with really comfy beds and loads of natural light coming in to all rooms and fresh air flowing through. The balcony was a beautiful place to enjoy our morning coffees with a pretty tree lined view. Having the 2nd toilet in the airbnb is great for a family too. Such a central place to stay, so close to the city and we walked to Kings Park from there, which only took us 15 minutes. Thank you to Kasia for a great place to stay while we visited Perth, your hospitality was exceptional and your response to any of our queries was so fast and very much appreciated. I had an amazing time, and the place was just perfect for my needs. Lisa and Graeme were super welcoming. And the place was so lovely, comfortableand full of light. As well as the surrounding area and community being amazing.

We had a fantastic stay! Jenn and Brad were outstanding hosts — very welcoming and attentive. The location is perfect, just a short distance from the city, and the property was spotless and beautifully maintained. Highly recommended!

Beautiful apartment-well kept and maintained. Instructions were spot on. View was spectacular and it was incredibly comfortable. Unfortunately the clothes dryer wasn’t working, but other than that it was flawless!

Beautifully equipped, fully self contained spacious unit in a very quiet neighbourhood. Walking distance to beach and cafes. Could not ask for anything better for our 10 day stay. Rob cordially greeted us and gave us a guided tour. Then left us to enjoy the location and accommodation.

Its our second time back at the Lake Retreat. Our stay was great with Cam and Vikki ever so responsive and giving us clear instructions etc. The surrounding was peaceful and located nearby amentities and mall within 10 mins driving distance. We enjoyed our stay very much. Thank you once again :)

Had the opportunity to spend two weeks at this lovely apartment while working in Perth recently. Plenty to see and do; ate out most nights at different nearby restaurants and took advantage of the nearby river loop everyday for a run with stunning scenery!

A wonderful place to stay. Very cute, nicely furnished, clean, comfortable and walkable to the train. We enjoyed our stay and plan on booking this unit again next year when we visit Perth. The host were amazing.

This was our second time staying at this place. Despite the construction next door and the mild noise from the club opposite on the weekends, the location of this Airbnb was unbeatable. With only a 3-5 min walk to the beach, corner store, fish and chips, and gelato, it was just a great holiday for the whole family. Kitchen is well equipped and stocked and there were beach toys for the kids as well. Melissa was even kind enough to offer a cot and high chair, which we didn't need, for our kids before we had arrived. Thanks for the hospitality!

We stayed at Jen’s place twice during our time in WA. The location is fantastic- very walkable and close to some delicious bars, restaurants & great food at the Fremantle markets. Jen’s apartment is lovely. The building itself is older but the apartment feels newly renovated, very clean & had everything we needed for a very great stay. Jen was an excellent host- great communicator & went above & beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable. We loved our time there and would gladly stay again!

Shey was proactive in giving us check in instructions and reminders were also sent the day before we checked out. Appreciate the clear instructions. Lovely sunset view greeted us when we checked in. We love her cosy apartment which was perfect for a small family. It is just a short drive away from the heart of Fremantle and also near the ferry terminals for those looking to travel to Rottnest Island. We appreciate the breakfast items provided too. Overall, it was a comfortable stay for us. Thanks Shey! :)

Plenty of room for our family of four to stay comfortably. The space is clean and quiet with greenery outside to relax in. Location is also great being near Fremantle and other necessary amenities. Washing machine can run a bit too loud but that’s about it.
