The solid wood house is located in the middle of Igls, the cozy district of Innsbruck, in the southern low mountain range. The house rests charmingly among the old fruit trees of our garden. The living space is flooded with light and generous. From the sweeping southwest balcony you can see far into the Upper Inn Valley. In the east, the morning sun falls in and you can see the nearby Patscherkofel, the popular local mountain of Innsbruck.

Directly connected to the cross-country skiing trails and mountain bike trails in front of the house. A small wellness area: sauna and infinity hot tub with valley view is available. There is also a washer and dryer in the house! Our Tyrolean restaurant is next to us.
