Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Intracoastal Waterway

One of my favorite AirBNB stays. The house is on the third row from the ocean and is an easy walk to the beach, even with kids and a dog. The house was generously stocked with everything we needed for 5 days. We loved the beach supplies and the comfy porch. We would love to stay here again.

My family of 6 had the pleasure of staying at this beautiful property for a family vacation. The location of the property is perfect-15 minute car ride to Broadway at the beach, close to tons of restaurants and walking distance to the ocean. April was very responsive in the property was very clean. The beds were comfortable and my four boys from 15 to 5 years old thoroughly enjoyed the game room.

Carrie was very clear in her instructions of how to check -in and check-out. The Ca-Sea-Ta was a wonderful and beautiful place to stay. Carrie has set this place up so you feel like you're at home. It is a very relaxing place to stay. It is a short walk to the beach. The outdoor shower was such a refreshing and lovely place to get all the sand off before going into the spacious apartment. They had all the beach items you'll need. It was great to have a washer/dryer so we could come home with clean clothes.(I hate coming home from vacation to have to do laundry!) The Ca-Sea-Ta was the perfect get away!

Second time staying here. Easy access to the beaches, wonderful kitchen, lots of room for our family - kids and grandparents included. We'll be back!

We loved the hammock house! It was so peaceful and beautiful. It was also very convenient to be able to walk to the beach easily and there were amazing restaurants and plenty to do nearby. We will be back!

Three Happy Crabs is a fantastic beach Airbnb! This home is clean and comfortable with everything you need for your stay. Our family of 5 had plenty of space. The beds are comfy, the hot tub plus jetted tub inside were much appreciated after long days at the beach and the porches are perfect for waking up or winding down. The beach is less than a 5 minute walk straight down to the street and directly to the access. The house comes with everything you need for the beach (besides towels and a tent). We love Holden Beach for how clean and quiet it is. We had no problems finding a place to set-up every day of the week. Jessica is a wonderful host. We really appreciated her proactive communication and quick responses. We cannot recommend her place highly enough and would love to visit again!

My family and I stayed here for about five days. I have three young boys and the bunk bedroom was absolutely great. We took full advantage of the outdoor pool and golf cart. Jessica was quick to answer any questions we had. Will be recommending to others!

The Seahorse Castle was perfect for 2! Clean, plenty of dishes and kitchen must haves, a soakable sized tub, decorated with beachy vibes, and just as described. If you have 4x4 I recommend Fort Fisher to drive out and set up on the beach. We had an amazing time, ate good food, heard live music, went to CB market around the lake Saturday morning, and can’t wait to return! The location was great- a short block walk to the beach. We enjoyed the porch overlooking the water. Soft bed, adequate cook wear to prepare meals. Overall great stay!!

Great place to stay! Jarrod and his wife were very friendly and responsive with any questions on the app. They even let us check in early. Accommodating bikes was so thoughtful and fun for us as we biked to coffee places and lunch. We kayaked to palm tree island and that was so much fun! It’s also a great location to walk to the beach as well! The balcony was so peaceful in the morning and at night. 10/10 experience and first time vacationing to Wilmington. Will 100% come back!

The view the view the view! Listen to the beach your whole trip from your balcony. Comfortable, clean, convenient location, private and quiet! Excellent unit! We travel a lot and this was our favorite vacation spot ever!

My husband and I enjoyed spending the weekend here for a wedding! The apartment is beautifully situated over the water with an amazing view. Right near the apartment is a local place to get drinks. The apartment is walking distance to everything, but also far enough where we didn’t hear a lot of noise. Aubrey was very responsive and gave explicit directions. It was helpful to have the parking garage which wasn’t far away at all! We also appreciated the “manual” with recommendations for local favorites including shopping and restaurants! The apartment was nicely decorated and clean. We would definitely stay there again! Thank you!

We absolutely loved our stay! Lisa is a great host and she made us feel very welcomed! The place was clean, cozy, and had everything you could possibly need during your stay, from various tea flavors to beach chairs. The area is very quiet and beautiful, only a short drive to historic downtown and about 15 minutes to Wrightsville Beach. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Wilmington! This was our second time staying at Steven's place. We love the location, which allows us to access historic downtown restaurants and concerts at Riverfront Park on foot and easily drive to beaches. And the apartment provides a comfortable and roomy space to rest and recover from all the fun!

If you are going to Myrtle Beach definitely a great rental for two. The room is well decorated, clean, with a beautiful ocean view.

Our first time in Wilmington, NC & found this place last minute & it did not disappoint! Roomy for a family of four, beautiful view, walkable to downtown, & the condo had all the amenities we needed ! Bedroom king bed was very comfy & we liked having our own tv ! We plan to visit the area more often & will stay again! Aaron was a great host!

As soon as you walk in the door you see the amazing view of the ocean through the wall of glass doors onto the deck. The decor was very “beachy” and absolutely beautiful! Bathroom was clean and functional. Bedroom was spacious and very comfortable. We had everything we needed. Just like home. Close access to the beach which we used 6 of the 7 days we were there. And right next to the pool! Extremely easy to find and to easy to access! Close to many restaurants! Book of instructions, favorite restaurants and things to do. Also a guest book that many who stayed there left great suggestions for food and fun. Our son and daughter in law stayed here in 2022 and recommended #501. Denise has thought of everything. Her condo is absolutely perfect, a very private and peaceful place. The pictures are accurate and in person it’s even better. My best friend and I have been going on beach trips for 9 years, so we have seen many beach houses. We know what we want and we FINALLY found one we are returning to next year for our 10th to celebrate 40 years of friendship. I can’t think of a better place for it. ♥️ Denise is very detailed with YOUR experience. She has literally thought of all your needs and the home is emasculate. I cannot say enough about this GEM. It was clean, modern, stocked and comfortable. The view was AMAZING. The privacy was incredible. A total reset from “adulting”. I cannot say enough except STAY HERE, STOP LOOKING! We had a great stay here. Clean and welcoming condo. Communication from the host was exceptional. You're right on the beach! Beautiful views. Some construction going on around the building.

Amy and Richard were excellent hosts. The space was clean, clear instructions on everything, and a welcome book with lots of info about the town, places to eat, menus, and things to do. This place is also walking distance to all the great things in South Port. 10 out of 10!!

Lovely condo! Perfect size for my husband and I and the amenities provided were perfect. Check-in and check-out were easy and the private pool/beach access was awesome. Tony messaged me when they were unable to message through Airbnb to make sure I had everything I need!!

Enjoyed our weekend stay-cation with a riverfront view, beaches to explore, pier to fish and pool to cool off. The room was clean and comfortable with everything we could have needed for our stay. Big soft beach towels, lots of water bottles to stay hydrated, variety of coffee cups, air purifier helped drown the noise of the surrounding guests and the bed was so soft and comfortable with the softest sheets!
