This is a new home. It has all of the Invercargill City Council requirements and more. This home is cosy and warm. Well ventiated. 4 sliding doors and lots of opening windows. 2 outside areas to sit in. Sky Sports. This is a non smoking home. There are areas outside for smoking. We have security cameras which are in use when the home is empty. These are located outside. We do advise that you read the blue folder under the tv, the instrustions for the oven as well as the password for the wifi

Queens Park, a paradise of cool climate gardens & walkways, is nearby. Bluff is only a 20 minute drive away. 1 1/2 -2 hours drive from Queenstown, Te Anau, Central Otago.

The property is in a convenient location, just a 6 minute drive from the town centre with a supermarket, pharmacy, restaurant, dairy, take away and pub within a 3 minute drive. There is ample off road parking that can accommodate larger vehicles, horse floats, boats and trailers etc. The airport is 9k away and Oreti Beach just a little further along.

You're only a five-minute walk from Windsor shopping centre which has a New World supermarket, pharmacy, boutique stores, bank, Pizzeria, fish and chips and cafes. A short stroll away is the Waihopai River Walkway, with the beautiful Queens Park a ten-minute walk away. The newly revamped city centre is a ten-minute drive away. Please note the guesthouse is beside our garage (which we use).

Peter & I live next door and happy to help with queries etc. Just a few minutes from the Windsor shops, including New World. The main shops are only 10 minutes away, as is most of Invercargill!
