Perfect get way whether for a few days or a snowbird experience. Pet dog friendly, however we do request prior approval. No smoking or Vaping on the premises. No parties.

This home is cozy home, a tv in mbrm, front , and livingroom. Wifi available. TV's are Streaming Capable, but you need to log into your account or watch free streaming apps, etc. DVD player in Livingroom. some DVD's available. Ft Cooper State Park 1.1 miles away accessible by walking, car, or bicycle. Eden Park boat ramp is 3 city blocks away. 1 block away you have Cedar River Seafood restaurant & Cinnamon Sticks restaurant. Downtown is 7 minutes away having interesting things to see and do.

What a view, what a really good view, YES IT IS! Watch the sunrise and sunset over the water on a private dock. We have 2 canoes and 2 kayaks to enjoy the water or bring your boat! This is a place you will want to come back to time and time again. Water views from all angles, you will feel like you're on a houseboat there's so much water! Plenty of room for outdoor games and activities. Pet friendly. Just a short drive to downtown Inverness and 30 minutes to Crystal River. Simply perfect!

Relax in a clean, welcoming, home that has been updated. There are 2 fishing poles available for your use. We make sure they are in working condition and well maintained. Shopping, restaurants, and entertainment is close by. Want a beach....35 minute ride to Fort Island Trail Beach and boat ramp. We do allow hypoallergenic small dogs (2 max), non-shedding, 25 lbs. or less, each w/ proof of shot records, please bring a kennel with you. There is a non refundable $25.00 per dog fee.

Our one-bedroom cottage sits in the middle of over 25 acres of the beautiful Florida Nature Coast. Even though we are secluded, we have all the comforts of home, from indoor plumbing and hot water to AC and Wi-Fi. Our TV has a Firestick, so bring your streaming accounts and relax night away after you retire from roasting Smores on the outdoor firepit. A fold out sleeper couch takes this from a 2 person cottage to 4 in just minutes. Parking is not an issue, even if you have a trailer.
