I cannot recommend or compliment Madison and her Mason Creek House enough, we absolutely loved it here and everything was perfect. We were greeted with snacks, beverages, and a birthday cake cookie for my husbands birthday in the kitchen. The house is beautiful and had everything we needed. We loved hanging out on the covered back porch and using the grill. The kayaks were a really cool bonus to take off the private pier, which was also a great view. Everything was just awesome. 10/10, highly recommend and would love to go again. 😊

Beautiful place, great views of the preserve. We are recurrent guests, we love the area, the neighborhood, the local restaurants. The hosts are very nice and responsive. We will be coming back sometime this year :)

This house wss everything we needed. Steve was great and made sure we had everything we needed and let us use some kayaks and paddle boards to go out on. Highly recommend and will book again!

A perfect little piece of paradise! Super clean, spacious, and very comfortable! The kids loved fishing and seeing the deer across the canal. Would 100% book this great little place again!

Our family of 8 stayed at the house for 6 days while we swam with the manatees, visited Weeki Wachee, spent a day at Silver Springs, enjoyed an airboat ride, and enjoyed some beach days. Everything is a super easy and reasonable drive, making the house a perfect central location. The house is lovely and cozy. There was plenty of space for the 8 of us! Oddly enough, I was toying between staying at a Hampton Inn or an Airbnb, but the Hampton Inn was right at the entrance of where you get to the house and I’m so grateful we stayed at Anthony and Shauna’s place instead! Highly highly recommend!

Very cosy, welcoming and clean! The house had everything we needed for everyday use. Jacquie was very responsive and sweet. Definitely our go to home on any future visits.

Family of 5 (3 kids) and two dogs from VA. Felt the house was perfect with a great yard and cool trees. The dogs didn’t need leashed and could be at ease with pool access being safe. (My dogs can’t swim) The sheets were real cotton (this means a lot) and the beds were very comfortable. Plenty of bedding and pillow options. Kitchen had the basics to cook meals which was easier. The house had everything we needed to have a great vacation other than food to eat. Close to everything we wanted to do. A great trail that was not a commercialized walk where we saw armadillos, manatees, an alligator, bald eagles, snakes and we could hear two owls talking. It was perfection. The swing out back was a nice peaceful touch and I really appreciated the grill. We saw crystal clear water at three sisters while kayaking as well as dolphins at sunset. We took a boat cruise to an island and found more shells I’ve seen in my life. I’d come back again and again. No hoopla where tons of people were.

Perfect location for our plans with local family and friends. We felt totally comfortable like it was our home. No hotel vibes at all. So relaxing and the pool was a fantastic retreat! Clean, spacious, and an amazing host. We will be back!

Erika’s space is beautiful and accommodating. The full kitchen allowed us to make meals and store things in the fridge. The pool space is large and the pool was the perfect temperature after a warm day. The bed was very comfortable as well. Erika her self checked in regularly and made sure we had everything we needed. She also made sure we had our privacy. I would highly recommended her place.

We really enjoyed our stay at Donavan's place! Plenty of room for all members of our family to spread out and relax. The pool was great and the reclining chairs in the living room were awesome! It had everything we needed. This was the perfect place to use as a home base while in the area for my FIL's 90th birthday celebration! Thanks Donavan!

Easy access to the River. Boat dock had plenty of room for my 26ft boat. Enjoyed having the pool and loved the layout of the house. This is a good home for a family or even if you have a few more guest with the split floor plan. The kitchen has plenty of counter space for everything,Enjoyed the stay. Thanks!

We spend 4 beautiful days at The Founders Lodge for our friend’s birthday. Tee met us out front and personally gave us a tour of the house. The 2 full master suites are gorgeous! The house is absolutely beautiful with enough room to rest & relax and it was so very clean and comfortable. The wood additions to the house made it so very cozy, that we hope to come back to next year! The pool was just what we needed for the Florida summer days. We grilled out 1 night on the gas grill that was provided by the pool. We ate at The Cove Restaurant for dinner the first night and our meals were very delicious. 3 out of the 4 of us took the Airboat tour and marked it off of our bucket list! How much fun, you have to do it!! We thank Tee for her kindness and even brought my Amazon delivery to our door, what service!!! Thank you :)

This was a beautiful, spacious, and peaceful place to stay! It was wonderful to have so much privacy and space for my kids to run around and play outside, while also being fairly close to anything we needed. Starla was super responsive and helpful when any issues popped up. Would definitely recommend!

Rachael and Mike are one of if not the BEST hosts we have ever had, We have been airbnbing for a long time , at least 15 or more . They are very responsive to everything we need . Beautiful home and very clean. They are very friendly and cordial. The pool is beautiful and kept very clean. If you are looking for a beautiful place to stay, this is it, you will not find a better place or better people. God Beauty is the perfect name for Mike and Rachael and their Home. What a great place. As an airbnb host myself, I’m picky about my stays. Laurie communicated well from the moment we inquired about pets and made sure we had everything we needed for our stay. Even made sure we had access to bikes and kayaks. Beds were comfortable, kitchen was well appointed and the screened back porch was a great place to enjoy a cup of coffee or an afternoon cocktail. At times it was so quiet we could hear the bees buzzing outside the screen. We even enjoyed daily visits from a hummingbird. Huge laundry/storage space gave extra room to store coolers and other bulky travel items. Plenty of towels too. An all around great location. It’s our second time staying in Floral City and there are two places we always stop- Sleepy Hollow (only 1/2 mile away with great shrimp from the food truck- beer, wine and seltzers only) and the Side Bar (downtown Inverness- short drive, full bar, great staff and delicious pizza.) We’ll be back!

Great place! The outside space was amazing and super relaxing. Perfect for boating, kayaking, and more. Even though the weather wasn’t perfect, we still caught fish!!! Would highly recommend and visit again.

We loved our stay at George’s with our toddler and dog. The house was very clean and the backyard was spacious. Very well equipped home with conveniences not included at all air bnbs, which we really appreciated. We had so much fun taking a few of the kayaks out on the river and also rented a boat, which we docked at the house. Our dog loved all the room he had to run and we enjoyed breezy afternoons and gorgeous sunsets sitting out by the river. Cranes, a turtle and an alligator were all seen from the backyard. We felt immersed in nature while still being a quick drive away from grocery, restaurants and both Rainbow River and Hunter Springs (15 min). My husband appreciated the grill and espresso machine. The only downside is the master shower, which js a bit cramped for a 6’2 guy and near impossible for me to shower without getting my hair wet, so I used the bath/shower in the other bathroom instead! We would stay here again!

Vicki’s place was so peaceful and relaxing. She thought of everything to make it comfy and homelike. We enjoyed taking the kayaks and exploring the springs and then coming back to cook on the grill and sit by the fire.

This was our second time staying at the Blue Sea Cow. It was amazing the first time (3 years ago) and even better the second! This time we had a private fenced in yard which was perfect for our dog. You are walking distance from the water and near everything you could possibly need. Nellie has always been responsive when we had questions or needed assistance with the air bnb. I would stay here every time we visit Crystal River! If you are obsessed with manatees like I am this place is for you! Thank you Nellie!!
