Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Inverness

Great place to stay, at high tide you feel like your right on the firth and at low tide there is a lot of area to walk. It's quite and peaceful, and was the perfect place for me and my family to relax whilst we explored Inverness, Loch Ness and the highlands

What a gem this accommodation is, after a very long drive it was just what we needed. Very comfortable and very clean, I had the best nights sleep in ages. We highly recommend this property.

Great place with tons of room. The townhome was very clean and had everything we needed. Loved the cookies, teas, cereals and milk, it was a very nice touch. We definitely needed to stay longer!

The Ness Garden is an oasis away from home. Clean and bright and beautifully decorated. It is peaceful and quiet and we enjoyed our breakfasts on the patio in the garden. The bed is comfortable and the shower is specious with a rain head shower. The off street parking is very convenient. The location is perfect. A 15 -20 minute walk to the shops and coffee shops and restaurants along the beautiful Ness Walk. We visited Culloden Battlefield and the less touristy Loch Ness at Dores village and beach. We will definitely return here again during our next Scotland vacation. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

We had a lovely stay at Emilys, very cosy and comfortable, clean, and within walking distance to all the shops etc. Peaceful location.

What a lovely place to stay! The room was spacious, even bigger than it looks in the photos, and absolutely spotless. Immaculate! The bed was incredibly comfortable and we had a great night’s sleep. The peaceful surroundings definitely helped with that. Bethany was very responsive and helpful so everything went smoothly. We also really appreciated all the thoughtful little touches she added to the room - her kindness was felt everywhere. It was worth every penny — highly recommended!

The studio is modern and clean and stocked with everything you'd need for a getaway. it's in a beautiful location, quiet and peaceful with stunning views and a short drive from Inverness and local shops. The added welcome items were much appreciated after a long drive. Milk, orange juice, bread, yogurts, cereal, tea, coffee, sugar. I would highly recommend the place and I'm sure we'll be staying again.

Although a little expensive, the views, and being in an Abbey was an amazing experience. We had plenty of room and the apartment had everything we needed including tea! The canal locks were a thrilling surprise to watch when going for coffee or ice cream. Loch Ness cruise was beautiful. Everything you could need from coffee to restaurants and gift shops to convenience store all walking distance but very quiet complex with a city link bus stop 5-6 minute walk to explore the highlands.

The Airbnb was in a brilliant location. We walked around Inverness from the accommodation. The airbnb had everything we needed and more Kath was a brilliant host. Thank you for the delicious breakfast.

The Apartment in Highland Council was very nice and clean! There were also plenty of towels! The highlight was the beautiful, modern bathroom with the wonderful shower with a full enclosure door and a niche to place your shampoos, etc. Believe us when we say this is a plus in the UK! The water pressure and the hot water was also a plus. Again, this is not always the case in the UK! The apartment was quiet even though it is situated right by a road. The parking is by its back door/patio entrance which is by the market parking lot. We entered and exited from this door during our stay, and used the market parking near the back gate. The kitchen is adorable and functional, but it’s small. It has a very small refrigerator, so small amounts of groceries are best to buy if you’re cooking in. There were some staples available for use, a coffee maker and a kettle. The washer dryer was definitely a plus!

Jill has a wonderful place. The quality of the place is high. It is well taken care of and was spotless when we arrived. Jill was kind enough to set us up with a few treats and amenities. We had zero issues from arrival until departure. Such a pleasure

I highly recommend this apartment for a city break. A beautiful building with a spacious, comfortable and extremely well equipped apartment. Convenient for exploring Inverness and the surrounding areas. Jo was extremely helpful and I felt she would have been excellent if we had encountered any problems. Noeli was so helpful, particularly when we asked about dropping our luggage because even though she couldn’t take luggage, she made sure the place was available a little earlier than planned which we were thrilled with. The studio unit is spotless, modern and warm, and within easy walking distance of shops, cafes and pubs.

Cottage très mignon et très facile d’accès depuis le centre ! Elaine a été très réactive et les ustensiles dans la maisons sont très propres et neufs. Nous avons trouvé le lit un peu mou pour nos dos fatigués

L'appartement est très agréable et parfaitement propre. Il est idéalement situé, à deux pas d’un espace pour promener le chien et à une dizaine de minutes à pied du centre-ville. C’est un pied-à-terre parfait pour séjourner quelques jours et découvrir les environs d’Inverness. Jill est une hôte réactive et attentionnée

Good spot at a very reasonable price. Place was clean and sufficed for one night, though it was a bit of a squeeze for 3 adults. Location was decent but a bit of a walk from the center of Inverness (maybe 15-20 minutes). Overall would stay again and had no issues.

Lovely wee flat - nicely decorated, spotlessly clean and equiped with everything that anyone could need. Nice and central to all the city centre pubs and restaurants. Only a short stroll away from the river Ness and it's lovely surrounding area. Would happily stay here again. Maybe a wee bit pricey but then everywhere else decent is too.

Leanne's place was clean and tidy and located in a great part of town. Leanne was also super helpful with questions and instructions and we appreciated the small touches like the prosecco in the fridge. Would recommend

Wir haben die Tage bei Fiona sehr genossen, die Unterkunft hält alles bereit was man benötigt. Die Lage ist sehr gut geeignet um verschiedene Ausflüge in der Region zu unternehmen.

Such a comfortable and spacious place! It had everything we needed and then some—little extras like coffee, snacks, cotton swabs in the bathroom, and even nice shampoo, conditioner, and soap. All the thoughtful touches really made it feel like home.
