Un'esperienza piacevole, grazie anche ai numerosi consigli di Katerina su Ioannina e sulla regione dell'Epiro. Casa elegante e comoda, soprattutto per il giardino e la presenza del parcheggio. Casa dotata di ogni comfort, oltre ad essere gestita da un'ottima host! Torneremo sicuramente.

Calm and easy place to stay! The host is nice and quick in response! It is a nice small apartment with very easy access. There is a beautiful lake around the city. The price is a normal for two persons and a bit higher when you alone!

Καταπληκτικός οικοδεσπότης παρά πολύ καθαρό διαμέρισμα, πάρα πολύ λειτουργικό με σωστή κατανομή χώρου. Με έξτρα παροχές όπως πολύ καλό πρωινό, όμορφο μπαλκονακι, πολύ όμορφη boho διακόσμηση, κατάλληλο για μικρά παιδιά διότι βρίσκεται στο ισόγειο και πολύ κοντά στην αγορά και την λίμνη Ιωαννίνων.

Maria was a wonderful host from the moment we arrived. She greeted us warmly and made us feel completely at home. The apartment itself is even more beautiful than the photos—stylish, spotless, and as comfortable as a boutique hotel. It’s also exceptionally well equipped: we cooked every day and never found the kitchen lacking a single item. We stayed for ten days with two babies, and Maria had truly thought of everything. She left a baby bathtub and cribs ready for us, and when we asked for a high chair she brought one over right away. The garden was another highlight—perfect for relaxing while the little ones played. Maria’s local tips were spot-on. Thanks to her recommendations we discovered wonderful beaches, great restaurants, and hidden gems in the area. The village itself is peaceful, with a lovely bakery, and it’s an easy drive to Ioannina, the Zagori villages, and the coast. In short, Maria’s hospitality and her beautiful apartment made our stay unforgettable! Thank you!

We loved our stay at Mania. Perfect place to work remotely, very peaceful and quiet with a great view of the mountains.

Close by the historical center and the lake Pamvotis . Easy parking besides the parking spot which is provided by the owner. Very quite residential area with a Bakery and coffee shop closely, as well as a Vasilopoulos S/M

Πολύ όμορφος χώρος, έξυπνες λύσεις μέσα (π.χ. φωτοκύτταρο στο μπάνιο) και πολύ φιλική η κυρία Κωνσταντίνα, με την επικοινωνία μας να ήταν αμεσότατη. Μας κέρασε και τσιπουράκι δικής τους παραγωγής που ήταν φανταστικό. Αν ξαναπέρναγα από τα Γιάννενα θα ήταν η πρώτη μου επιλογή. Το συνιστώ!

Το σπίτι ήταν εξαιρετικό σε καταπληκτική τοποθεσία δίπλα σε όλα με τα πόδια ! Πεντακάθαρο και όλες τις παροχές που χρειάζεται κάποια οικογένεια ! Τόσο η Χριστίνα από το τηλέφωνο όσο και η Ειρήνη από κοντά ήταν πολύ εξυπηρετικές, φιλικές και πρόθυμες να βοηθήσουν σε όλα ! Με την Ειρήνη, που γνωρίσαμε από κοντά, ένιωσα σαν να την γνωρίζω χρόνια ! Το συστήνω ανεπιφύλακτα από όλες τις απόψεις ! Σας ευχαριστούμε πολύ για την υπέροχη διαμονή !

Tout s’est très bien passé chez Thomas et Georgia , nous avons été très bien accueillis et ils ont été attentifs à nos besoins! Nous n’avons manqué de rien avec nos deux enfants de 2 et 5 ans . L’appartement est très propre, au calme, dans un quartier résidentiel très bien situé pour explorer la région. Un grand merci pour votre gentillesse et votre accueil!

Geriefelijke studio met groot schaduwrijk terras met een grote tuin, uitgebaat door authentiek vriendelijke familie. We hebben hier enkele zalige dagen doorgebracht. De familie stond altijd voor ons klaar en voorzag ons van een hele hoop tips in de regio! Op wandelafstand van de grot, op fiets- of rijafstand van het gezellige stadje. De accomodatie was heerlijk fris, zelfs zonder de airco te moeten gebruiken. Heel net en alles wat je nodig hebt om te koken, … Heel erg bedankt! We zijn heel blij hier enkele dagen te hebben mogen blijven.

Grande terrasse avec vue sur le lac et les montagnes ! Le logement est petit mais bien pensé Le lit était très confortable, le canapé lit aussi avec le surmatelas. Bien équipé côté cuisine. Pas de problème pour se garer dans la rue Très calme. à 25min à pied de l'aéroport, 15min de la vielle ville, 10min de la station de bus Très bon logement !

Το δωματιο ηταν οπως ακριβως στις φωτογραφιες, καθαρος χωρος ζεστο και φιλοξενο περιβαλον πολυ κοντα απο την πολη των Ιωαννινων.

Μείναμε απόλυτα ικανοποιημένοι απο το διαμέρισμα! Είναι όμορφο, καθαρό και λειτουργικό, με προσεγμένες λεπτομέρειες που κάνουν τη διαμονή άνετη! Το μεγαλύτερο πλεονέκτημα είναι η τοποθεσία του - βρίσκεται ακριβώς μέσα στο κέντρο της αγοράς, αλλα χωρις να υπάρχει φασαρία, ιδανικό για να έχεις τα πάντα στα πόδια σου, και σε 10 λεπτά με τα πόδια είσαι και στη λίμνη! Παρόλο που είναι στο κέντρο, η πρόσβαση με το αυτοκίνητο δεν είναι πρόβλημα. Μόλις 5 λεπτά με τα πόδια υπάρχει ανοιχτό πάρκινγκ όπου πληρώνεις 3 € μόνο κατά την είσοδο, χωρις επιπλέον χρέωση στην έξοδο, και μπορείς να το αφήσεις το αυτοκίνητο όσες ώρες ή μέρες θέλεις. Σίγουρα θα το προτιμούσα ξανά σε επόμενο ταξίδι μας στα Γιάννενα!

Kaiti's place is a great value for money, it was very comfortable for 3 and at a great location. We enjoyed our stay there and would definitely recommend it for a stay in Giannena.

Η διαμονή μου ήταν εξαιρετική, το μέρος καταπληκτικό και πεντακάθαρο. Ο Απόστολος είναι ένας εξαιρετικός οικοδεσπότης. Σίγουρα θα το ξαναπροτιμήσω στην επόμενη επίσκεψή μου στα Γιάννενα.

perfect location, immaculate apartment, super friendly and helpful host. could not rate more highly! the amazing ice creams at the bakery downstairs were an added bonus!

Our experience at the apartment was very pleasant! Exactly as described in the listing, a spacious, nicely decorated, clean flat. The location is very central, close to most of the popular landmarks, markets and restaurants. Vassilis is a great host, very responsive, flexible and accommodating. Car parking can be tricky in the area, but there are options of public and private parking areas close in the neighbourhood. We highly recommend this apartment!

We had a fantastic stay at Katerina's place! It's right in the centre of town so everything is walkable. We had fresh bread every morning from one of the many bakeries downstairs and the supermarket is only a block away. Very clean and tidy and had everything you could need - especially happy with the washing machine and dryer as we were mid-trip with two little ones. Katerina's mother went above and beyond for both check in and any extra we requested and we didn't want for anything 🙂 Katerina's home is a great size for a family too. Good size first and second bedrooms, large lounge and huge kitchen table! I will definitely recommend and would stay here again in the future. Ευχαριστούμε πολύ!

Very clean and nice studio in a very quiet neighborhood. Eleni was super welcoming and friendly !

We arrived late at night and left by 11 am the next day, so it was a very quick stop. However, the place was easy to find - in spite of being secluded (great instructions). It was probably the cutest AirBnB I ever stayed at. Very functional and beautifully decorated. I wish we had more time to explore the surroundings with its vibrant cafes and restaurants. One negative was that when in the bedroom, we could hear the people from the next door unit when they spoke a bit loudly.
