We stayed in Goodna to do a short course in the area, and this house was perfect. It is well set-up and clean, and the host is friendly and communicates well. We enjoyed our stay.

The house is as described in the listing and is a very new, beautiful house. It is in a quiet neighbourhood and amenities such as restaurants are very close. The house was absolutely spotless in every area. We would definitely stay again. Just a couple of things, mostly that I have already shared with the owner. The driveway is steep and there is not much clearance under the door. Taller SUV/4wd may not be able to use the garage. The backyard has fake grass. Our dogs would not toilet there as they are house trained and considered it like carpet 😁. The other issue with the backyard is that there is a large drop off on one side that needs to be fenced for the safety of children and pets. The bathrooms need an exhaust fan and better lighting. Minimal cleaning supplies such as a mop, would be great. We like to mop the floors during our stays and with the horrendous rain that we had, a mop would be handy. The side stairs need a light for safety. Overall, beautiful property.

Melanie's house is lovely. One of our family commented that it was set up well for guests but has a good amount of character to make the house feel like a home. The location is great, a very peaceful neighbourhood yet close to the main and an easy walk to a nearby park.

Alexis’s cottage has the wonderful charm of older queenlanders, but despite its age, the decor and appliances are mostly modern or brand new. Everything was provided at the house, from kitchen gadgets, cleaning products to little treats for my kids, it showed that the hosts were really thoughtful and we felt right at home from day one. Alexis and Mark are the perfect hosts, responsive and helpful, and always friendly.

My daughter was at the Wesley Hospital for two weeks and we required accommodation that was close, affordable and able to have our two dogs, one large border collie and a small poodle. Dawn was very accommodating and welcoming and allowed us to have our furr babies in this hard time. The house was so clean and had beautiful furniture and beds. The beds were so comfy! There is no yard for the dogs, just for future guests but it's no problem if you walk them everyday and there is a enclosed front balcony which we loved to sit on. Thank you Dawn for your beautiful home and your welcoming nature. We will miss the comfy beds !

Dry Dock Cottage was everything it said it was going to be and more... it felt a lot like home. Warm, cozy, comfortable and clean. All the essentials and little touches to make our stay easy and stress free.

Annette is The Best host you can ask for. Very responsive, proactive and really good-hearted. She took the extra effort to inform me of potential road closures on my road trip due to flood. Not only that, upon hearing that my flight timing from Singapore was advanced by few hours, without any hesitation she told me to just come early 7am check in, and this happened months before the trip, and even told me that no worries about any potential booking the day before. Talking about the house, it was great. Lots of space and privacy, and the jacuzzi is wonderful to use on a cold early winter night. It’s like onsen experience but a lot more private. The surrounding of the house is beautiful and peaceful. Of course you will need car to get around but then again you need a car everywhere in Australia. And the supermarket is just 3 minutes drive away within the same estate (no need to drive to main roads). Overall if we come back to Brisbane again, we know where to stay. Thank you Annette!

Great stay! The place was clean, comfortable, and fully self-contained — perfect for a relaxing getaway. Super convenient location with an easy drive to the Brisbane Valley Rail Trail and just minutes from Ipswich CBD. Would definitely stay again

Michelle is an amazing host, she was clear with communication and was so understanding of my situation when i had to cancel the reservation at first. She even held the dates for me when i asked. The unit was clean and felt homey, and i felt comfortable staying there. It's about a 15 minute walk to the nearest shopping centre, bus stops are easily accessible to get to the CBD, and theres parking on the road. House rules were clear and easy to follow and location was perfect. Highly recommend Michelle as your next host, and her place as your next stay.

Carissa went out of her way to help us out. I would highly recommend them for any one who is visiting the Brookfield area for a wedding (we were attending a wedding at Bundaleer). The room was tidy and clean, comfortable and warm, and had a lovely homely feel. Carissa always responded to messages regarding our concerns with access (my partner recently had ACL surgery and was on crutches). We even enjoyed a quick game of fetch with Evi the dog before we left. Breakfast and coffee at the Brookfield General Store was delicious. Complimentary snacks were greatly appreciated getting home late from the wedding! Thanks for having us :)

Lovely place, as well as modern. The ‘studio’ was lsmaller than expected - suited for 1 person. Soon was easy to communicate with and a lovely host

andrew was very accommodating with check in and check out. we are moving houses and needed a place for the night and to keep the dogs during the day. thanks again
