Longère percheronne on one level: living room with equipped kitchen, living room with 1 step (stove - wood provided, sofa bed 2 pers. This wooden architect's house, located on the edge of the forest of Le Perche on a beautiful plot of 10,000 m2 lined with trees, sleeps 4 people. Very quiet, immersed in nature (the passage of deer is frequent and the birds are at home), it also offers all the comforts for a serene stay. It's great for a family like a group of friends or a solo stay away from the world. It consists of an open volume of 42m2 + 9m2 mezzanine.

Gîte des Charmilles in the Perche in Normandy

Our 135 m2 cottage is adjoining our home. It is a 1880 Percheron farmhouse restored on a one hectare park with heated indoor pool (8 m x 5 m) accessible free of charge from April to end of September. The single-story accommodation was restored in 2020 and comes with full amenities. Sleeps 6 + a baby (free equipment on request). Bookings: weekly during school holidays or for 2 nights minimum outside school holidays.
