Words can’t describe how beautiful Shelly’s home is … the views of the lake from the cottage to the beautiful manicured lawn and so much yard space for boys to play !!! Hot tub was the icing on the cake with bomb fire we did s’mores the whole entire time we were there ! Private dock was beautiful for kids to explore .. The home was way more spacious than we expected the kids loved the huge flat screen in the family room we felt right at home with everything we needed and Shelly was an excellent host ! We really enjoyed our stay and hope to be back again ❤️

Rental was in excellent shape. It was very welcoming and was a great getaway for my mom and I. Our dog enjoyed the backyard maybe more than we did lol. definitely recommend as we will be back some other time

The home itself is absolutely stunning—everything is brand new, the beds are incredibly comfortable, and the hot tub was such a treat. From the thoughtful design to the cozy atmosphere, every detail made our stay feel effortless and peaceful. We are already dreaming of returning in the summer to soak in the lake vibes and energy of Nettle Lake. We are beyond grateful for this experience and for the kindness and generosity of our hosts. Brad and Deb are real pros. They really know how to set up the place to make it inviting and comfortable. It’s rare to run across hosts who handle the details. But these folks do. We can’t wait to get back here.

I’ve stayed here a few times now and will be coming back as soon as I can. Place is great, owners are so nice and helpful and communicative. Love the entire camp and all the things to do, canoe, kayaking, boating, fishing, biking. It’s a nice hidden gem just a short drive from the city.

We loved the Strawberry Lake cabin. It was clean and comfortable, and very near the Lakelands Trail trailhead. Mia was a very nice host, responsive and flexible. Two thumbs up!

Amazing place! Even better than expected! Although it says no AC, they have a little AC unit next to the couch and it makes the whole place so cool! We brought fans and didn't even need to use them. The view was absolutely beautiful. The sunsets on the water were truly breathtaking. I also wanted to mention how I love that we were able to spend it with our puppy, kind of rare to find a nice waterfront like this that allows animals! We will definitely be back next summer.

We had a party of 4 and our medium sized dog. The home was clean, decorated beautifully and they did a great job utilizing the space. We hope to get back again for another trip.

A Wonderful Experience at Cozy Hosting! I recently had the pleasure of staying at Cozy Hosting, and it was an absolutely fantastic experience! The property is located right on the water, offering great views that made our stay even more enjoyable. The home was exactly as described—spacious, clean, and well-appointed. It had everything we needed, from kitchen essentials to cozy linens, making us feel right at home. I loved spending our mornings with coffee on the deck, soaking in the beautiful scenery. The water was clear, and the deck was even better than described. My wife and kids all felt at home and thoroughly enjoyed our week. We enjoyed our stay so much that we are already planning to come back again! Thank you for such a wonderful experience at Cozy Hosting!

We were in Hillsdale for work and it was so nice to come home to this quiet cabin by the lake. We were able to cook our own meals and relax with the beautiful sunsets most evenings. Very much appreciate finding such a beautiful place that's also pet friendly. The neighborhood felt safe and the neighbors were all very friendly. The kitchen is very well-equipped. Beds are comfortable with individual AC units in each room. Akrum was very responsive to messages and access was very easy. We will definitely stay here again if we have the opportunity.

We highly recommend staying here or at another one of Megan and Rob's lovely homes on Clark Lake. The home was beautiful and peaceful. Looking forward to visiting again.

We had a great stay with the house being well stocked in the kitchen and the shower being one of the nicest I have seen, would definitely stay here again. Great location if you are going to the nascar race and the lake was beautiful!

This cottage was so cute and thoughtfully outfitted. Super clean, recently renovated with lots of charm and character. The kitchen had everything we needed for cooking a few dinners. It was all one level and, with the walk-in shower, it was perfect for my elderly dad. The beds were super comfy. We enjoyed eating breakfast looking out over the sunrise on the lake, and we played cards on their comfy back deck at night. It was a quick drive to hop on I-94 East or West, and only a 5 minute drive to a great grocery store, and a few minutes more to some restaurants. We had a problem with the smoke detector battery chirping and needing replacing, and the property manager had it fixed very quickly. If we were in the area again, we would definitely stay again!

The Waterloo Cottage is quaint and cozy. The lake views and the shade trees are an extra bonus. The beds and linens made the stay even better. Paul and Renee are excellent hosts and were easy to communicate with. We highly recommend this cottage for a lake side stay!

Tamara was an AMAZING host! We had booked for our wedding night, and the patio lights added an extra layer of warmth and memory. She was extremely accommodating and had even offered an extended check out!

The house is a nice little lake-side cottage that slept 6 of us comfortably. The house was clean, the beds were great, and the house was stocked with everything we could ask for. Although, i did not find tums when i desperately needed some and forgot mine at home. But thats on me. We didnt spend much time except for the nights at the house as we were in town for paintball. This by far beats any hotel in the area.
