Monthly Rentals in Iron Duff

We stayed at The Toasty Marshmallow for a long weekend and really enjoyed our stay! We brought two pups who thoroughly enjoyed spending time together inside and outside. We loved the gate on the porch, allowing our dogs to roam the porch without worry. Such a great location, 30 minutes from Sylva, a short drive to downtown Waynesville, and 30 minutes from Asheville. Highly recommend staying here if you are looking to escape the city life and enjoy the mountain life!

My husband and I spent a long weekend in the area for a wedding and Kellye’s place was the perfect home base. Everything was immaculately clean and comfortable for two! Not to mention the beautiful views from every window! Kellye was so responsive and kind to speak with! I would certainly stay here again. Thank you!

I spent almost 2 weeks here and did not want to leave. If this place had been available I would have booked it for longer! I'm always a bit iffy about basement level accommodations especially below someone's home. This place was very quiet and peaceful and I never heard any noise. It also was incredibly cozy and quite spacious with big front windows that let in plenty of light making this lower level apartment feel very bright and airy. The kitchen was well stocked and I cooked most of my meals at home. Comfy bed and nice big shower. And you can watch the sunset sitting out back on your own private patio. 10/10 for me. Would definitely come back again!

This was our third stay with Shelda! That's probably enough said, but I'll add that she provides a quiet, peaceful, well-appointed unit with smart tv with several streaming options, an easy-controlled heat pump, comfortable queen bed, well-equipped kitchenette with refrigerator, hotplate, microwave, along with utensils and dish cloths. There is also a nice table for two. We are planning future stays!
