What a great apartment! We enjoyed the short walk to the Village. I would definitely recommend this Airbnb to anyone for cleanliness, great host, and location.

Very responsive and friendly host. Nice little place. Rachel's Christmas lights in the kitchen added cheer to cold, grey, rainy, late spring days. Have stayed before and will again.

Totally enjoyed our stay and our interaction with the Hist. While the unit is a one bedroom, it is generously spacious. Living room, dining area, kitchen were all over sized. The bedroom was a perfect size and the beds were very comfortable. We typically stay at a hotel when visiting the area. We are so glad we found this location and plan to rent this unit and the larger ones on our next visit to see family in the area.

We had a lovely stay at this Airbnb! The hosts were incredibly welcoming and personally explained how everything worked and made sure we had everything we needed. We especially appreciated the thoughtful touches, like the welcome of Christmas cookies and wine and thoughtful decorations for Christmas. The space was exactly as described—very clean, comfortable, and beautifully decorated. The location was perfect, with restaurants and attractions nearby. There was the added bonus of visiting deer to see right outside the window. Highly recommend this place for anyone visiting the area. I would definitely stay here again!

Great host, was very responsive in correcting a WiFi issue. Check in and leaving was simple and expectations were clearly communicated. House was well cleaned and matched the description online. Great view of the bay and very peaceful.

One of those places you think too good to be true. Their house is absolutely beautiful, from the decors inside, faux fireplace and views of the canal and bridge. Beds are super comfy and really nice bedding with plenty of sets to switch out as needed for longer stays. Everything is in walking distance; restaurants, bars with fantastic live music, distillery, breweries, art galleries (tons of lessons) and amazing indoor pickleball facility with super friendly drop ins. The Rochester market is a short drive with a local farmers market on Saturday’s a block or two away. Great kitchen with plenty of shopping for cooking in right in the village (shop local) and never got to use the outdoor cooking and hanging out area.; but would be relaxing and beautiful at nights. Tons of windows and sliding glass door to get great breezes through the house and enjoy the sounds of Fairport; birds and trains (you get used to it after the first night). Hope to stay here again when working in the Rochester.

Rachel's place was great! The views over Lake Conesus were stunning. Everything was very clean. The kitchen and living room were spacious and comfortable. We would definitely stay here again.

We had a beautiful stay at Mike’s place. We were 8 people and fit very nicely. All the beds were comfortable and the location was perfect for us. Walkable from some cute cafes and shops. Would stay again! A note: if you stay Memorial Day weekend, there is a parade on Monday so move your cars off the street! Our cars were towed but because there were no signs to move them, the company billed it to the city. Lucky for us!

This place was very homey. It was easy to get in. It has everything you need. The home had modern amenities. Nice kitchen and living area. The beds were very comfortable. The outdoor area was beautiful with a great place to gather. There is a small shed that you can place your bikes. If you don't have one, there is a lock inside you can use for the shed.

Andrews beach house is very beautiful, on the lake. Andrews stocked everything we needed for our short vacation. Picture perfect location and the view we all dream about. Andrews house has everything we needed, all kept in their appropriate spots and we don't have to search for any of them. High end appliances and utensils. We were all very impressed with the detail Andrew went into to make us all comfortable. If you are planning on vacationing on Lake Ontario, don't miss Andrew's beach bungalow.

This listing was all we could’ve asked for and more! We booked Toby’s lake house for a last minute MDW getaway and it exceeded our expectations. The property is steps away from beautiful Conesus Lake. There is so much natural light in the living room — drinking coffee in the morning looking out onto the lake was a dream. We were having difficulty figuring out how to use the grill and Toby responded right away. Can’t say enough good things about our stay! Would love to come back again.

The home and host were fantastic, and the community was warm and welcoming. The surrounding area was quiet, scenic, and filled with courteous people, exactly what we had hoped for. The wildlife was a wonderful surprise. The abundance of animals, combined with the nearby lake, created memorable and diverse experiences for our kids. Couldn’t have been better. Thank you!

Beautifully decorated home, just like the photos. The actual decor was nicer than the photos. The house was clean, cozy, and comfortable. The location being right on the Erie canal was nice. We enjoyed watching the drawbridge open for the boats to pass. Another benefit were the shops on the other side of the bridge walkable from the house. If you have a car not too far away were a Walgreens and Tops grocery store in one direction and a Wegmans, along with a strip mall in the other direction. The house itself was peaceful and quiet. The street could be a little busy, so one has to take care when backing out of the driveway. If there is someone in the upper unit, that can cause more noise than normal if you're not used to footsteps over your head. Overall, a great place. Highly recommend. I would stay here again.

Stayed here with 7 girlfriends and had plenty of room. House was beautiful and being on the lake was incredible! Hot tub was clean and large. Bob was very responsive and flexible with check in. All the girls saved the listing as we all loved it!

Our entire family was able to stay at this wonderful house when we came to Rochester for a wedding. It had great bathroom space for everyone to get ready. The dining space was big enough for us all to sit and eat together and the backyard is a beautiful. We took peaceful walks around the neighborhood, paddle boarded in the lake. Our many trips to the airport to pickup and drop family members was super convenient since it was only 20 minutes away. We would definitely stay again.

It is a very quiet place, with an excellent view, around with a touch of security and peace. Everything is very clean, its comfortable beds, and its spacious living room is a nice place if you don’t want to go out. We are a family of 4 where we have a lot of fun. Thank you for the attention in the chat upon our arrival.

Tobiah was a fabulous host. He answered all questions promptly and was very helpful. We had a small gathering of family, coming from far apart and the condo was wonderful! It worked beautifully for our needs. We loved the view of the lake off the balconies-- especially with a full moon reflecting on it! The condo was well-appointed, with everything we needed. It was a very comfortable setting and close to hiking, wineries, and water activities, as well as cycling along the Erie Canal. The condo's location, a short distance between the towns of Naples and Canadaigua, made it easy to run an errand or go out eat. We highly recommend Tobiah's waterfront condo!

Booked as a surprised for my bills-fan husband the weekend of our wedding. Pretty cool place. The bed wasn’t the most comfortable, but it was fine! If you’re coming here to watch football- keep in mind it’s a projector screen and not a tv. Sound only comes from the projector. The screen isn’t taught so I don’t think it’d be be best place for watching parties. But other than that we had a great time!

We enjoyed our stay with clean accommodations and well stocked. The only thing I would consider adding is a washer and dryer for convenience.

Wonderful stay. It faces the inlet and you can see across to the plazas instead of the full lake, but it's still very pretty. A great unit, great area, great instructions and responsiveness.

We had a wonderful stay. The views were absolutely stunning. It was a perfect way to ring in the new year. Amy was very responsive, and the house was perfect. We hope to return one day.

Our family came in for a concert, and this location was perfect. Beautiful condo, with a perfect location on the lake. With access to the pool, hot tub, life sized chess board, gym and the lakeside trail, we were within steps of a brewery, salon, restaurants, playground and an ice cream shop. Within walking distance of CMAC -- which we saw many people do. No need to bring your own towels, the condo has 4 for your use. The owners were quick to respond when we weren't able to get the door open (trick: turn the lock all the way to the right and lift the door handle up as you open) and super kind/prompt if I had other questions. We'll def be back. Thanks for letting us stay in your beautiful place!

If I could give this a 10 start review I would! The service provided to my family was white gloved. The home was a bit out dated but the view made up for it! Truly a beautiful get away that I will be doing again!
