Vivienda de construcción antigua, ideal para descansar si vas de viaje o para conocer la Alcarria. En la planta baja hay un baño, cocina y salón-comedor, ideal para cuatro/cinco personas. Por unas escaleras un poquito empinadas se sube a la planta de arriba, donde hay otro baño (con bañera hidromasaje), una habitación con cama de matrimonio y otra con cama de 120 cm. Desde ahí se accede a la buhardilla por las escaleras de madera (ver fotos), en la que hay dos camas de 90 cm.

It is in Taracena, a village in Guadalajara, a short distance from two emblematic mountains such as the Peña Hueva (where part of the film Spartacus was shot with Kirk Douglas) and the Pico del Águila. Noise can be made as there are no neighbors around. It is located within a complex of activities called "Territory Adventure" where you can do paintball, 4x4, archery, etc.

The region is famous for its lavender fields in July, lovely little historic villages and spectacular countryside. Plenty of activities available: canoe/kayak down the Tajo river, cycling, horse-riding, pic-nics, etc.

It is a detached house in front of a valley in the Alcarria, with a view and a spectacular space. 65 kilometers from Madrid (45 minutes) and 12 from Guadalajara. Very well connected to the High Speed Train, AVE, and to the Madrid airport... You'll love it. It has been our family home for many years. We use it very little now, so we want to share it. It is a cottage with a large garden and amazing views.
