Family-friendly holiday rentals in Irvine

Yan’s place was exactly what we needed for a big family resting place. The expectations of the place were well communicated and friendly reminders were plastered all around the house to refer to on our last night and morning. Everyone had a great time, there was a point of great discomfort for me but after speaking with Yan, she assured me of a speedy solution.

My family of 4 absolutely loved staying here for the four nights. It was super clean, extremely well stocked, and comfortable. Not to mention the pool and jacuzzi, the view and the peace and quiet! We would without hesitation book here again! Camille was so nice and communicative we felt like we were staying at a friend’s house.

Very clean, cute decor, comfortable and spacious (for our family of 5people), has a lot of ample amenities even for kids! Clubhouse, pool & jacuzzi access. Securities at the gate were friendly and the Neighbors mostly seem don't mind having Air BnB guests in a gated community. Walking to Waldorf hotel took about 10m, beach about 20m. But the restaurants and stores were in short driving distance. We really enjoyed this spot. Thank you!

Pleasant stay at Whitney’s, very clean. You can see the fireworks from the front yard, walkable to Disney but we Ubered for 5-6 dollars a ride.

Absolutely beautiful space! It almost seems like you’re transported somewhere else, even another time. It was all great! And being one who usually avoids host interactions, Margarita and her husband couldn’t have been more welcoming. 10/10 would reco!

Me & my family absolutely loved staying at this beautiful home. My first time ever getting an Airbnb & so happy we did. The house all together is so beautiful inside & out. The pool & jacuzzi were amazing. Such relaxing scenery. Unfortunately didn’t get to use the fire pit outside, but I bet it’s cozy. It was truly beautiful. If I’m ever in need of an Airbnb again in this area, I will definitely be reaching out to Jorgen again. Jorgen was a wonderful host to work with. Very nice, respectful & responsive. My son-in-law actually forgot his sunglasses after we checked out & he even took the time to make sure we got them back. Super super happy with our experience there. You won’t be disappointed.

Ari’s place is fantastic. I sat out in the patio every morning listening to birds and having coffee. Nice quiet cul de sac. House was exactly as photos represented. Amenities and kitchen and bathrooms were resort level. Great place and I’ll be back! Thanks Ari.

This place was exactly as advertised. We spent hours sitting outside in the yard relaxing during our stay which is exactly what we'd hoped for. The location was perfect: right near the beach and restaurants but in a quiet community. I'd love to stay here again.

Tamryn's place exceeded my expectations in every way. The pictures were accurate, and yet somehow did not do justice to just how special the apartment or its surroundings are! There were many thoughtful touches throughout: there was ground coffee, half and half, Greek yogurt and granola available in the fridge for breakfast, hand lotion and sunscreen available in the bathroom, and it seemed that the linens had been washed in scentless detergent, which I really appreciate because I'm super sensitive to soaps and scents. The apartment itself was surprisingly spacious, with a full-size bathroom and cute kitchenette and dining table overlooking their gardens. It was perfect for a weekend stay and I found myself wishing I could stay even longer. Many thanks to Tamryn and her family for the comfortable and well-appointed guest suite!

Such an affordable place to stay for the incredible location! The amenities of a balcony and a washer/dryer were very helpful. The host also had plenty of beach gear to use, so we had everything we needed for a beach day!

Sheri’s home is our go to place to stay when in Orange County. It’s in a quiet, beautiful and safe neighborhood. Places like Disneyland, Honda Center and Angels Stadium are very accessible from the house. The home is very well represented in the listing. It is very comfortable and homey and makes a great home away from home. The fully fenced in backyard is great for dogs and kids alike. Sheri is a proactive, friendly and easy to communicate with host. I would highly recommend booking Sheri’s home. We are already booked to be back!

Jay’s place was a perfect spot on Newport Peninsula. We walked everywhere ! Beach only 5 min walk down the street. We loved it was right across the street from Pavilions grocery, lots of places to eat and also Lido Marina! Location perfect, clean, lots of space, loved the 3 bedrooms & 2 baths and big kitchen! Five stars, 100%, A+! If you have the chance to stay here at Tonya’s beach cottage, don’t miss it! Perfectly appointed, clean & spare but warm and welcoming design and furnishings. Darling neighborhood with lovely walkable streets and a flower-lined pedestrian bridge leading to the beach a short 10 min walk away. And Tonya’s hospitality is truly a gift that she enjoys sharing with others!!! Gorgeous charcuterie board and a bottle of chilled wine were waiting for us upon arrival. And, by some magical combo of a lovely mattress, crisp cool sheets and ocean air, I experienced truly great sleep! Thank you so much Tonya!

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay here! Cute little place was perfect for 2. Easy walk to downtown Huntington Beach bars and restaurants, but we did drive to the beach since we had too much “stuff” to carry! Loved that bikes, as well as beach chairs & umbrella were available for us to use! Tom was a great host! Would stay here again!

Place was an amazing stay. The area was nice and quiet. Entrance to the place was very easy and the place has a pool and outdoor patio with a fire pit which was amazing! Beds and sheets were very comfortable and soft with an AC available. The room has a complimentary coffee station which was amazing!!! The place was clean and aesthetic! Highly suggest this place!

First off I want to say the pictures don’t do the back yard any justice. It’s so beautiful and the perfect get away trip without having to break the bank. Definitely worth every penny We loved it and we will be returning again! P.s. Just make sure you bring some bug spray there is a bunch of mosquitos in the back yard, we didn’t have any so don’t be us lol. 🙌

Location perfect for Disneyland. Carmen is extremely responsive. We needed pillows and she provided immediately what we needed. Pool heating is worth it, kids could swim in the morning. Thankful for the pool towels and bath products provided. Easy in and out. Cute neighborhood. Very safe. We flew out of John Wayne which was so easy. Thank you.

This place has an amazing value for the price! We could see the ocean from the villa, and the amenities at the resort were great. The villa itself was very spacious. I would stay here again.

Sarah was incredibly friendly and kind. We felt right at home and enjoyed our stay very much. The house and yard are absolutely lovely. Sarah was very kind to give recommendations. We ended up going to the LA Arboretum per one of her recommendations and absolutely loved it. She greeted us when we arrived and gave us a tour. The location was perfect for what we were looking for.
