The place is beautiful, peaceful and warm. We were very well received by the owners, the hot tub was hot upon arrival. The interior of the lodge is beautiful and very clean. We are pleased with our getaway.

Our family Christmas in Gruffy was simply amazing in this beautiful dream home 20min from Annecy. Comfortably slept the group of 8, and was so nicely setup with loads of amenities. The gym, spa and sauna were a real bonus Nicolas was an exceptional host, giving us loads of recommendations before our arrival, and left the house setup magically for Xmas. He even arranged for it to snow heavily for us on the night we arrived, so our kids experienced their first white Christmas! Nicolas even drove 5 hrs through the night to help us with a minor technical issue that could have waited, but he insisted on getting to us ASAP to help. Legend.

Cozy and complete cottage in a wonderful place in nature. Nice private garden. Close to the lake and the paragliding landing of Doussard. Camping supermarket is convenient.

Great experience in beautiful nature. Marine seemed uncomplicated and was very friendly. The accommodation is simply furnished but totally cozy. We will be happy to come back when we are in the area.

Amazing, quiet and relaxing location. Our hosts were accommodating and available for absolutely everything, they are very attentive. The accommodation is very comfortable and enjoys a beautiful landscape, the neighboring hens make very good eggs, ideal for relaxing and resting. We'll be back for sure!

Beautiful stay in Elizabeth's chalet for a family and sports weekend by Lake Annecy!! The chalet is comfortable and everything is done to spend a pleasant time there, the kitchen is very well equipped, the chalet is very well maintained and the landscapes of Doussard are magnificent 🤩 Whether you're a fan of relaxation or sports, everything is here for you in a splendid setting on the shores of Lake Annecy!!!

We had a great time in this little love nest, very clean, very quiet, with large terrace, at a good distance from other dwellings. Stunning views of snow-covered mountains and electric green meadows. A nice departure for hikes. The discreet presence of the small donkeys and the horse and the "llama" delighted us. Marie-France's wooden hut is fabulous. Everything is there to have a good time away from it all, the cabin is beautiful, the view wonderful. It is perfect for enjoying nature and resting. The interior of the house is just as relaxing and cozy as the exterior. Marie-France is a responsive, kind and caring host. His furry sidekick Raka is a sweetheart. I'd recommend it without a second thought

A real little piece of heaven. Very pleasant spring stay in this lovely chalet, very smart and very smart. Everything you need to spend a few days is there, you feel perfectly good there. The floor-to-ceiling windows of the living room allow a through view of the landscape, you can be "inside out" . The views are beautiful, you can't get enough of it. Only small downside on weekends, windows open or on the terrace: the sound of traffic from the road below is quite audible and a little disrupts this setting of tranquility. On the other hand, no noise during the week of vacation, and the diving terrace on the site is a delight. Thank you also for the welcome, the breakfasts, and the flexibility on checkout:) We'll be happy to go back!
