Ideally located, the center of the village, the beach and the bike path are only a short walk away and allow you to fully enjoy the sporting or taste pleasures of our beautiful region.

Villa de Lamartine – Lakefront

A true paradise on the shores of Lac de Paladru. Luxury, peace and pleasure await you! The house, equipped and renovated in a contemporary style, is set in a large 2,500 m enclosed garden planted with flowers and trees, except on the lake side. The garden ends in a private beach and pontoon. Lac de Paladru is also known as the blue lake because it has a Caribbean feel. This is no doubt due to the colour of its water, which varies from turquoise to emerald thanks to the chalky lake bottom.

The Lake House, sleeps 10 and has air conditioning.

Magnifique Chalet de 95 m2 entièrement rénové à 7 mètres du lac d'Annecy, à 20 minutes d'Annecy et à 30 minutes des stations de ski. Vous aurez comme toile de fond une vue panoramique imprenable sur le Lac. Vous pourrez profiter du lac tout au long de la journée pour nager, faire des sorties en paddles ou canoés (deux paddles et trois canoës sur place), vous détendre dans le sauna tout en admirant le lac, ou encore faire une partie de pétanque. La maison est sur deux niveaux indépendants.

Want to cut yourself off from the world? We offer you a total disconnection in this charming cottage on the shores of Lake Monteynard (Trièves), surrounded by nature (forest). On-site activities: fishing, canoeing, boat ride on the lake which is 30 m from the accommodation and you can make beautiful hikes with the Himalayan walkways nearby. Atypical accommodation with access only by 4x4 or on foot (1 km), welcome on arrival, we will take you with your luggage. Same for your departure.
