Farmstay holiday rentals in Islands

The apartment is a mile or so outside the port and little town of Livadi. We stayed for a week and as we didnt have a car walked to and from the town along a beautiful tree lined bay where we stopped off to eat in the cafe and bathe in the sea. The apartment which is attached to a larger house is thoughtfully decorated in a rough cottage style. We had breakfast and cooked evening meals in the kitchen and eat outside in the attractive patio garden. As Vici says in the brochure the apartment is small and we found adapting to its size was sometimes tricky but Vici is a brilliant and friendly host. During our stay she helped us again and again by collecting and returning us and our bags to the port and showing us around the little town. It was a great pleasure to meet her.

This was our 4th stay at Giannis' place and as always it was perfect. The property is exactly as pictured and described, so comfortable, with amazing outdoor space and everything you need (great WiFi, smart TV, great shower, plenty of towels and bed linen, etc). The outdoor space is the major selling point, with lots of different relaxing areas, plenty of shade, and a fabulous pool. And stunning views to boot! Agios Myron is a lovely little town: if you go please make sure to visit the local bar, restaurant, bakery and shop, all run by lovely people. Looking forward to returning again next year!

Superbe endroit avec une jolie décoration. Une terrasse pour se détendre et prendre ses repas à couper le souffle. Manolis et sa femme sont très charmant et d une extrême gentillesse. L hospitalité crétoise au rendez vous, nous avons eu droit à des légumes, du pain, confiture , miel, des petits mets préparés.... Je recommande fortement cette adresse lors d un passage dans la région.

We had a wonderful stay. This was a a perfect place to escape the crowds and enjoy an authentic taste of Santorini. Anna’s place is simple and rustic in a charming little village with great views from the rooftop. It was an adventure driving through the narrow streets but even with our baby it was no problem to walk a little and climb the steps, an easy compromise for the peace and quiet. Harry was very attentive and kept checking if we needed anything and we really appreciated the lady who cleaned for us and brought us breakfast each morning, very kind and friendly. Highly recommended.

We absolutely loved our stay at Three Skylights. The house is so beautifully decorated and very well stocked. Views from the balcony across to the mountains and ocean are breathtaking and there are so many places to sit and relax it was hard to choose! The location of the house was a little further than we anticipated (a solid 10 minute drive up a very steep windy and narrow road) but the little bit of drive was definitely worth it for the serene location it offered. It is a tricky driveway for parking so be sure your hire car is not on the bulky side. Nancy and Irini were exceptionally accommodating and communicative. A little hiccup we had on arrival was easily solved thanks to Irini's help and local contacts. As cat lovers we fell in love with a couple of little of the feline residents and we were happy to fill their hungry bellies during our stay. The nearby town Paralia Tyrou has a good selection of cafes, bars and restaurants. Portofino bar at Tigani Beach was fave

We stayed 4 nights and it was absolutely beautiful. Great little kitchen, perfect for 2 people and we did a bit of cooking. Great comfortable King size bed. The place was spotless. Private patio right above the ocean where you can also access a beautiful beach. The owners Elena & Giannis live upstairs and they were there to greet and welcome us. Fantastic stay that I would highly recommend.

We had a wonderful stay at the Stone House. The view was absolutely beautiful and was lovely to be able to sit out and watch the sun set. Lovely walks from the house, views fron the top by the Church were fantastic. The stone house had everything we needed and was cool on the hotter days. Being animal lovers we very much enjoyed seeing the animals and how well they are cared for the whole team do an amazing job! We would love to return! Thank you very much Sandy!

Wir waren als älteres Ehepaar im Mai für 10 Tage zu Gast in Fotines charmantem Häuschen. Wir können die vielen vorausgegangenen positiven Bewertungen nur bestätigen. Beeindruckend war die Herzlichkeit und Freundlichkeit unserer Gastgeber, die uns mit eigenen ländlichen Produkten wie Eiern, Kuchen und Ziegenkäse verwöhnten. Die idyllische Lage inmitten von Olivenbäumen ist wunderschön, trotzdem sind Restaurants und Strand gut zu Fuss oder mit Auto erreichbar. Gerne kommen wir wieder!

Alba Lilia was a great place to stay. The villa was spotlessly clean, spacious, comfortable and well equipped. The outdoor space was particularly great with a large dining table and lots of chairs, and numerous sunbeds by the pool. The host was also able to provide a high chair and travel cot for our baby which was great. We also had a visit from a cleaner and a pool man to keep everything clean during the stay, which was appreciated. For anyone driving to the villa: Google Maps sometimes tries to direct you via a very rough road to the villa if you’re coming from Chania. It’s better to drive through/around the town of Kamilari which will put you on a proper paved road to the villa.

Schöne Unterkunft mit toller, großer Terrasse! Voll ausgestattet, alles vorhanden, was man benötigt. Wir wurden herzlich empfangen und bekamen einen Überblick über Strände, Sehenswürdigkeiten und Restaurants auf der Insel. Der Kühlschrank war bei Begrüßung voll und wurde auch immer wieder aufgefüllt, teils mit Produkten der Farm und liebevoll zubereitetem Gebäck. Die Unterkunft liegt recht abseits, man benötigt unbedingt ein Auto und muss sich darauf einstellen immer ein kleines Stück zu fahren, wenn man beispielsweise abends essen gehen möchte. Alles in allem sehr zu empfehlen!

The House of the Midnight Sheep is located in a beautiful spot with views to the sea and over the hills. It’s very peaceful above a charming village, straight onto hiking paths. The house is a lovely place to idle with gorgeous interiors and terraces. Everything has been carefully curated for comfort and aesthetic pleasure from cutlery to cushions to bed linen. Early April has its merits, including spring flowers and quiet roads, but we need to return when it’s warmer to use the outdoor shower. Thank you so much for a wonderful holiday.

Anna Maria und Stratos were the best hosts! Very good communication even long before we arrived, they made us feel very welcome and took great care of us. Anna Maria even brought us fresh eggs from the farm and selfmade olive oil to try. She was also very proactive with recommendations and helped us plan our days. The house was very cute, a standalone house on the top of the hill with a beautiful wide view of the island. Everything was very clean and the bed comfortable. We can really recommend this apartment to anyone valuing privacy and an authentic stay on Naxos!

Wir wurden von Wassilis empfangen, einem Verwandten von Antonios, der in den Niederlanden lebt. Die Kommunikation war zu jeder Zeit hervorragend. Wassilis hat uns ausgiebig über Sehenswürdigkeiten, schöne Orte und die Besonderheiten der Gegend usw. informiert. Die Wohnung ist spitzenklasse. Alles bestens und hervorragend. Sehr zu empfehlen. Die Lage ist etwas abseits, also ein Auto sollte vorhanden sein. Besonders hat uns auch eine Bootstour mit einem großen Katamaran gefallen, die Antonios uns vermittelt hat. Absolutely amazing stay in a remote and very quiet area 🌟 The house was beautiful – spacious, clean, and very well equipped – but the true highlight were the spectacular views. Every morning felt like waking up in a postcard. The pool was perfect – refreshing, really spacious, and ideally positioned to soak in the scenery. The host was very helpful throughout our stay. Communication was fast, friendly, and clear, making everything easy from start to finish. We truly felt taken care of. Can’t recommend this place enough – we’d come back in a heartbeat! Thank you for a truly unforgettable experience.

I truly recommend staying with Niko in this beautiful villa! The house is very modern, the outside area spectacular and private and the communication with Niko was clear and helpful. The accommodation works for both families and friends. The house is located around 30mins from Chania which is easy to get to by car. Can only recommend renting this villa.

This place was beautiful! There were many tavernas around within walking distance to grab a drink and bite to eat. The host was very receptive of texts and was there if we needed anything at all. Swimming in the pool and watching the sunset behind the mountains made this place feel like something out of a movie. Thank you so much for a great experience!

La maison était parfaite. Nous avons passé un séjour en famille, à 14 + un bébé, et nous nous sommes régalés. Le logement était propre, confortable et apaisant. Super séjour à Perdika. Seul petit bémol, l’absence de climatisation dans la chambre du sous-sol. Nous remercions Ioulia pour son accueil et sa disponibilité tout au long de notre séjour !

The ‘welcome to your holiday home’-goodies were incredibly thoughtful and equally delicious. That plus the extra cleaning and fresh bedlinnen and towels made everything extra nice. Xenia! The beach house has a really good vibe. We loved sitting in the sun on the terrace. Listening to the sea and the birds. Enjoying the flowers and the trees. Nice walking distance to Ag. Nikolaos with cute harbour with nice restaurants and Leonardo for ice cream! We rented bikes at Mani By Bike (10min walking south from the coast). Nice to cycle to Stoupa with kids. Can highly recommend!

A group of 9 of us stayed and had an AMAZING stay! We celebrated a close friend’s birthday and we were not disappointed - Giannis was especially responsive and caring - a welcome basket was kindly prepared for us. The villa was spotless and exceeded all expectations. The views were unmatched and each bedroom was perfect. We would love to stay here again. Thank you! :)

Un grandissimo grazie a Toni , sempre presente ma mai invadente. Siamo stati benissimo , la sua casa un 'oasi di pace e relax . Tutto ciò' che serviva per un soggiorno era a nostra disposizione .Consiglio vivamente a chi decide di trascorrere le vacanze a Paros di pensare a questo angolo di paradiso .

We had a fabulous few days at the end of our road trip, a great place to relax. The location is fantastic, just a short walk away from the tavernas and shops. The apartment contained everything you could need including the most comfortable bed we have ever slept in. The pool was warm, situated in a lovely well kept garden with beautiful lighting at night. We had a lovely welcome when we arrived and it was great knowing that Eleni was close by in case we needed anything - but we didn’t! Highly recommended. Greece at its best ❤️🇬🇷

Wir waren 3 Tage bei Gina und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt . Abends konnten wir lecker bei ihr Essen. Alles ist sehr familiär. Sohn und Mann arbeiten mit. Zum Schluss haben wir leckeres Bio Olivenöl gekauft aus eigener Herstellung. Wer Ruhe sucht, ist bei Gina genau richtig. Gastgeberin mit ganz großem Herz.

The villa is even bigger and more beautiful than on the pictures. It is a little paradise with peacocks and own olive farm and little pond with red fish and parrots. It was just unbelievable! We celebrated our wedding with 30 people there and I could not imagine more suitable place for pictures, videos and fun! It is unforgettable, has everything you need and very private. The owner was so helpful and gave us his home made drinks as a gift. I am super happy that I found this paradise and will defo want to come back again and again!

Beautiful villa, nothing was too much trouble and the host was really helpful throughout. The kids loved the pool and we were gutted to leave. Hope to be back in the future.
