Holiday rentals with a fire pit in Isle of Wight

Lovely visit in the centre of Cowes. Perfect base for our short break.

The lobster pot was beautiful place. Fantastic views and beach. Restaurants near by were lovely and relaxing. The place was perfect for family of 4. Watching the sail boats while eating breakfast / dinner was amazing. Warm weather allowed us to eat on the patio watching the sea and some boat races. Everything we needed was provided, for self catering. Neat clean and tidy. The kids loved the lobster theme. I can’t fault the place.

I have stayed in many Airbnb properties over the years, but this surpasses them all! The location on the beach, with facilities which lacked nothing, would top anyone's expectations. The décor was bright and fresh, suiting the house perfectly. This property is of the highest standard.

We are a family of 3 and had a great stay. The house itself was nicely decorated, comfortable, with a nice outdoor space. Located just a few minutes walk into Cowes which is a lovely town. Street parking was fine. Only points to note were the steep staircase which maybe a problem if you have mobility issues. The hosts were really helpful and responsive and the house was stocked with basics on arrival which was a nice touch.

This house in Cowes was absolutely gorgeous, very modern and absolutely beautifully decorated. The kitchen was stocked with everything you’d need plus more. The location was a 5 min walk into the centre of Cowes (less to M&S if you need to pick anything up). Garden and facilities looked lovely too - although the weather wasn’t good enough to warrant evenings in the garden and a BBQ. We’d definitely stay again.

A very comfortable stay. Perfect location to walk from the ferry and also to visit Osbourne House. Fish and chips at The Lifeboat pub, looking out at all the boats each evening, was perfect.

This beach flat is just in the perfect location for exploring the beach, Rick steins and pig on the beach in studland (5 mins ferry ride). The number 50 bus takes you to all of these . Michelle was very friendly and met us on arrival and showed us around the flat . We would return x

What a beautiful apartment! Spacious, clean and has everything you need as a family. Lovely short walks to the beach and also the high street where we loved all the independent coffee shops and restaurants!! Thank you Fee :)

We had a wonderful stay at the cottage. It really had so many lovely touches and details that we felt right at home. So many rabbits that would be outside our window in the mornings. Truly picturesque and a great location for exploring the island. We would totally stay here again.

The carriage was lovely and situated in a perfect spot , 5/10 min to nice pubs , beach and funfair . The kids loved the alpacas in the field next to us . Only one issue , not enough cooking/bbq pots pans and utensils for 4 adults and 3 small kids but overall we had a great time and would love to stay again .

We had a lovely stay at Rivendell Park. Both Natalie and snick were perfectly friendly and helpful. They have recently taken over the site and have lots of plans. We loved the relaxed and intimate nature of the site. We everyone felt trusted and safe. The facilities are great and set to get better. The flat was great with the pool eifht opposite. Which was super convenient.hl great place for children to meet and enjoy playing together, while the parents can relax a little. Great park. With a really friendly team. We will definitely be back. We really enjoyed our week at Cazzy's we felt right at home. Wonderful walks from the end of the road and great advice of the cut through to the Pig Beer Brewery

Lovely cabin close to lots of restaurants, supermarkets and the beach. Plenty of space for 2 people and a dog. Comfy bed, shower and sofa. We also really like that there was a little fenced garden so we could enjoy the sun!

What a gorgeous place! Sara you have made a really beautiful, quaint, peaceful retreat here. Beautifully decorated and well equipped riverside cabin. Easy to find, stunning surroundings and wildlife aplenty. The fact that there is no TV, no radio, no wifi and no phone reception is utter BLISS! If you want a digital detox, this is your place. We didn't see a single person for 2 whole days. Sara's instructions were friendly, easy to follow and she even left flowers and prosecco which is a lovely touch. Sara really has thought of everything with Pogle's cabin. Watching the fire as the sun sets, listening to the bird song and running water of the stream is a dream. So nice Sara is happy to have dogs stay here too, they absolutely loved their time here. The walks around the field and across the stream are so pretty and we often saw deer fleeting across. Thank you so much for a much needed weekend of R&R! So happy we have found this little slice of heaven, we will definitely be back.

We really enjoyed our stay, was a last min surprise for my partner's birthday - and Sarah was a great host - very responsive, and had thought of all the little details. The bed was super comfy, the heater and the electric blanket made it a lovely, cosy space. We ordered breakfast as well which was delicious and really good value. It felt slightly on the pricey side for what it was but appreciate it is quite a unique offering in the area and we booked quite last minute. Sarah helped with recommendations for where to eat out and nothing was too much trouble for her. We drove into Swanage / the beachfront as I was heavily pregnant but the distance was walkable. There were lots of fun things to do in town, even off season. The guest book was testament to how many other people had stayed and loved it as well - thank you so much!

We stayed at this cozy cabin in the woods for three nights, and it was exactly the peaceful retreat we needed. Tucked away in a quiet, serene setting, the cabin offered a perfect break from the noise and stress of everyday life. One of the things we appreciated most was that everything in the cabin worked just as expected—no surprises with the electrics, heating, or water, which made for a smooth and comfortable stay. The cabin had a warm, rustic charm without sacrificing any of the essentials. It’s also pet-friendly, and my dog had the best time roaming the woods. There’s no shortage of things to do nearby either. Whether you’re into hiking, scenic drives, or just relaxing in nature, the location has plenty to offer. We left feeling refreshed and highly recommend it for anyone looking to unwind and disconnect for a bit.

Jo’s place is fantastic. The pool, jacuzzi, and fireplace were clean and new, and her instructions were very helpful to get everything running. The cabin was extremely clean, and had all the amenities you need for an amazing stay. Jo’s also an extremely friendly and responsive host, and cares about your privacy. Overall, we had an amazing experience, would definitely come back again.

Wow - what a beautiful cabin and setting! If you want to immerse yourself in the beautiful surroundings of the New Forest - then this is the place for you! The cabin was spotless, with everything you need for a comfortable stay! The beds were so comfy and all the bedrooms have views of the surrounding woodlands, which was so lovely to wake up to. The little touches like the fire pit, complimentary bottle of wine, dart board and outdoor and indoor games really made this place even more special. It was just what I needed to recharge. Our dog absolutely loved sniffing about freely in the grounds, constantly finding us sticks to throw. The ponies even paid us a visit! Michael was a great host and checked in with us to make sure everything was ok... I only wish we could've stayed for longer! My family and I are already talking about visiting again in the autumn.

I enjoyed a beautiful, peaceful stay at The Studio. The place was spotless with everything you could possible need for a restful stay and Alison was a wonderful host with easy communication. Our stay at the hideout was excellent, it was a great location with lots to do around the new forest area, and Sarah’s recommendations were excellent, especially the farm shops and pubs nearby. The place itself was so peaceful and felt very private, with the hot tub and bbq making for a perfect evening. Also the sofa bed was super comfortable with a mattress topper. The local produce on arrival made it even more amazing, we couldn’t recommend it more
