Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Isle Verde Beach

For my first time in PR and first BNB I have nothing negative to say. The location was very good close to many restaurants, casinos and the beach right there. The view in the place was GREAT didn't want to leave. I would definitely stay there again. FIVE STARS FROM ME.

Beautiful views for morning coffee, easy access to beach and super secure property. If you're not wanting to spend a ton on a resort but want to be close to the beach and major cities this ones for you! Ubers are super cheap to go everywhere.

A beautiful apartment with a breathtaking view. I felt so relaxed with all of the natural light that enters the space and enjoyed hanging out on the balcony and looking over the ocean. The hosts were friendly and quickly responsive to any questions that I had. I'd recommend this place to anyone and would stay again myself when back in the area!

My partner and I had a great stay at this Airbnb! The place was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described in the listing. The host was responsive and made check-in super easy. The neighborhood felt safe and was close to everything I needed such as stores, restaurants, and public transportation. I especially appreciated the little touches, like fresh towels and a well-stocked kitchen. I’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

Great space on a beautiful section of the beach. Central location with restaurants, convenience stores, and coffee within walking distance. Uber very easy to access here - only about 15 minutes from Old San Juan and less than 10 minutes to the airport.

This was our first time in Puerto Rico & Juan’s place did not disappoint! The place was even better than the photos, and the views were spectacular. I would 100% recommend booking this stay. Juan is very responsive and helpful. He was flexible with check in/out and overall the building was perfect for a 5 day stay.

What more can we say… but look no further and stay here. Its a beautiful 1 bedroom, 1 bath apt, overlooking the beach. Clean, well kept, in a private very secure apt bldg, easy to get to in 5 mins from the airport. The hosts sent us very clear instructions how to access a lockbox. Parking spot avail. The secure facilities needed keys to open the common ent inc gates/door/elevator/beach access/apt. The apt was well lit with a balcony and this mesmerizing full view of the ocean from the balcony and BR windows. The apt was well stocked with everything and more, even down to a fresh bar of soap. Its these little things that matter, use of beach gear included dive masks, noodle, beach chair, towels etc. Kitchn -utensils, coffee, creamer, sugar. The bath stocked with sunscreen, insect repellant and more. walk dwn to beach, restaurants, old san juan was a 20 min drive away. This area of Isla verde/Carolina beach is excellent. Thank you so much for an excellent stay. We will be back.

Marta was an excellent host. Super communicative! Her place was right on the beach with private access which was nice. She provided everything we needed even coolers and beach toys! The hammocks on the porch were nice and relaxing after a long day at the beach. Would definitely want to stay here again when we come back!

We were very excited for our weekend trip and Erin’s house was exactly as shown. We were very close to great bars and restaurants, historic sites to see and so much more. The house was easy to find at night, we rarely had to look at any street signs, when walking home… head towards the governors mansion and turn right. It was a great place to unwind after a long day. I highly recommend this place. Thank you Erin!

Hector maintained excellent communication and answered every question I asked him without problems. He was also very kind to let me have a momentary visit for my work. I had everything I needed, the place was very quiet to rest. 100% recommended.

My stay was great! Javi was very easy to reach and responded quickly everytime I needed something. He was very flexible with check out since my flight was delayed. The home was beautiful and perfect for a large group.

My second time staying at Felipe's home. Relaxed place; great to meditate and explore near attractions like National Forest El Yunque, La Paseadora tour (riverboat), Carabalí Rainforest Park, Cabezas de San Juan, and others. There are also great restaurants and bakeries nearby.

4th time in PR & This was a short and solo stay. Loved the place and how close it was to everything! Auribelle was very helpful with the check in and responsive. Would definitely recommend this place and would stay here next time I visit. Always respect the island the people❤️

Location was perfect. We loved the outdoor patio area. Several places were walkable which was very convenient. We had an issue with the lights (remote control would turn everyone's light on/off ) but Hector called immediately to help. The house was super clean. Only problem we had was the neighbors were so loud at night it sounded like they were in our apartment. Would def stay here again.

Place was as described, in a great location, and parking was always available. Renier was a great host and always available for support and help with any concerns we had during our stay; he also shared some local cultural activities with us to enjoy. Would rent with him and Carmen again in the future!

Amazing host! Beautiful place! Overall very happy. It was easy to get into, squeaky clean. Very safe too! Right in front of La Placita, not even a one minute walk!! The balcony is an L shape and it’s huge with different seating options. Definitely booking again when I return to PR! Thank you so much for this amazing stay! En verdad es un lugar muy especial! What a wonderful location. Daniel was very communicative, making the whole process of checking in very easy. This spot was centrally located with a supermarket only feet away. It also was directly on the beach which was extremely convenient and made the views even better. Very short ride from the airport, and not far from places like Old San Juan. The place was very clean and he even left water bottles in the fridge in case we were thirsty upon landing! 10/10 experience and would be happy to book again.

My wife and I chose here to stay for our honeymoon and we absolutely loved it! Right on the beach and very close to old San Juan. Amazing place!

This is our second stay here, and it was just as good as the first time!!! Absolutely love this condo and area!!!! Very comfortable and cute with lots to do in the area. Already planning our next trip 🇵🇷❤️🇵🇷 José is awesome, always quick to respond and super helpful!!!

Overall I enjoyed my stay at Eraclio's. The view of the water was beautiful. I only wish there was a screen in the patio door, so I could have left it open. The AC units and ceiling fans did a good job of keeping the temp comfortable. I like that there was a TV in both the living room and bedroom for my lazy day and that beach chairs are provided. Plenty of towels were provided. I saw in another review that washcloths, were not provided, so I just brought a couple with me. Luckily I didn't experience any power outages during my stay and the wifi connection was good. I didn't communicate with Eraclio much during my stay, but when I had questions he answered in a timely manner.

Javier was very friendly , accommodating and helpful. Place was sooooo close to the beach. If you have kids I recommend staying here due to the area of beach. If you walk out the gate to beach town left and walk down until you see a pool like areas very kid friendly. To your right you’ll have more activities like, jet skis, parasailing, banana boat, pins coladas, chairs with umbrellas. Also location is close to a bunch of restaurants walking distance highly recommend Bistro Cafe.
