The house has a water cistern but no it does not have an electric plant ... it is between 5 to 10 minutes from the main airport. Close to tourist areas as Playa Isla Verde, Condado, El Viejo San Juan and shopping centers, 25 minutes from El Yunke rain forest and Fajardo.🙏🏼🤙🏼🇵🇷

The condominium has direct access to a great beach that you can do snorkeling, beach strolls, go diving, rent some water sports like jet ski, parasailing or take surfing classes. We are located in a Peninsula so you can decide from 2 different beach scenes. Also walking distance to various Hotels, bars, and restaurants.

Welcome to Puerto Rico, our apartment is a comfortable space located in an area close to everything you need for your stay. By car you will be 5 minutes from the airport, 10 minutes from the beach, 10 minutes from the The Mall of San Juan and 12 minutes from Old San Juan, it is close to supermarkets, pharmacies and gas stations. It is completely remodeled in a modern style, that apartment in specific don't have parking spot assigned. Is perfect for guest using Uber or taxi.
