Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Isola Sacra

Giuseppe‘s Airbnb was one of the best that I’ve been to on a 9 month trip in Europe. The attention to detail and how well organized and how generous he is with what he offers far outweighs the price that we paid. The location is central, but also a bit tucked away, which is perfect. It is very, close to the airport, which is convenient, but he has provided such great soundproofing that we couldn’t even hear the planes. There was laundry detergent for the washing machine, shampoo and body wash, oil, s&p, sugar, tea and coffee. All of the things that you could possibly need in the kitchen. The beds are extremely comfortable! We thought perhaps the sofa bed would not be comfortable because typically they are not, but it was very comfortable and we fought over which bed we would sleep in! Giuseppe was available for all of my questions, had great information for the area, provided a really reasonably priced and great customer service taxi company and was a pleasant man to communicate with.

Fantastic property. We enjoyed our stay here. The property is very secure, we felt safe the entire time. Everything was as pictured, the house was very clean, the kitchen was not missing a thing which was fantastic. The host was easy to communicate with and was very friendly.

Maria’s place is located in an area very close to the beach, grocery stores, coffee shops, restaurants. Very enjoyable and relaxing. Her place is absolutely spotless clean. I would recommend her place and would certainly stay there again.

This might be the best Airbnb I’ve ever been to. Claudia was super responsive and helpful, it is located right on the bus to FCO, perfect for both spending a night before or after a flight. Check in was smooth, and the host kindly leaves snacks, toiletries, yogurts, and tons of hot drink options in the kitchen for the guests to use - absolutely perfect. I highly recommend

Anna was a Lovely Host very friendly & helpful, we had a short stay due to travel commitments but the accommodation was Exceptionally clean comfortable and had everything and more for a cozy stay, there were also eating options a short walk away & the beach area

Couldn’t of asked for a better place to spend my last night in Italy. Luigi went above and beyond to ensure arrival and check in was smooth, place was spotless and beds very comfortable. Shower was steaming hot with great water pressure. Great value for money. Pictures reflect actual place which was wonderful.

Great location right on the beach. Host quickly responded to questions asked and even let us check in early. The location is right next to a bar/restaurant which had live music to listen to in the evening. It was a little loud with the music and the airplanes flying overhead, but we didn't mind and loved being right next to the ocean.

This place is situated a little far from Rome central but has very reasonable bus/tram connections so getting there isn’t too difficult. The apartment was clean and well described. A comfy bed with an AC unit nearby which is needed as it does get quite hot at night. Our hosts, although we didn’t meet them until the end, were so helpful, communicative and generous. We are not wine drinkers but a bottle was left for us with a note. This would be a nice touch for those after a long day of travelling. Overall a very good experience

The place was very comfortable, excellent for those who have a very early flight or a very long connection and want to rest. Transportation is really close and there are two shopping centers next door. We managed to go to the village and get to know it and it was very easy to get there.

An excellent place to stay after our flight into Fiumicino. Very peaceful, no aeroplane noise, spacious apartment, very easy check in & communication with Alessio. He even arranged a taxi for us! Excellent!

What a beautiful apartment. It was quiet, very spacious, and absolutely lovely. The kitchen was the best we had on our trip, so much so that we cooked in it a few times while we were there. The location was perfect with both private and public beach access within 3 minutes walk. We would absolutely stay here again. What a wonderful way to spend the last few days of our vacation.

Helpful and easy to find

Amaprtmenf was exactly like the pictures which was a great aspect. He was incredibly responsive and would respond very fast, literally a minute or two after I sent him a message I would get a reply. The apartment itself is very nice but its surroundings are very bland: not so many restaurants and not good ones either, there’s not really a lot to do. We had taken this one because it was right next to the airport (8 min drive) so it was a perfect location for us. If you’re looking for a very nice renovated Airbnb that’s right next to the airport and don’t care a lot about the restaurants or things to do near it, then this Airbnb is for you.

We had a wonderful stay! The place was exactly as described; clean, comfortable, and in a great location close to many restaurants and things to do. Arianna was very responsive and gave us helpful local tips and even offered to reserve transportation for us. Less than ten minutes from FCO airport. If we evere come to Rome again, we would definitely stay here. Highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

Great, beautiful apartment conveniently located in downtown Ostia and a 2-min walk to the beach. We're coming back in a few days!

Small apartment for max 3 people. Very clean and tidy. Everything important is available in the apartment. In the house itself, the apartment is located up a small staircase. It is completely furnished in Ikea style. And visually appealing. Although some shelves in the bedroom or living room are at an inaccessible height, they complete the overall design. The Italians have different room heights. We liked the apartment very much. TV is available, all channels are Italian. Turntables and CD players, records and CDs in large selection. Otherwise everything in good condition. Washing machine in the bathroom also available, as well as a bidet. Price/performance is okay.

We lived in his apartment for a month and enjoyed staying there very much and would easily come back for a stay!

Me and my daughters enjoyed our stay at Fabio‘s. The place was perfect cute very clean and most of all safe. The balcony was amazing. The views were spectacular. It was located right next to a gelato shop, which is a plus. I can’t say anything negative about this place. I would love to come back.

Place was very clean as well as a super responsive host! She helped set up private transfer to the airport which was extremely helpful. Very close to airport and walkable to restaurants. Couldn’t recommend this place enough!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Great location for a trip to Rome. Immediate beach location for relaxing hours, it is about 60 minutes to Rome (25 on foot + 35 by train). Ostia itself also has a lot to offer.
